Oven Struggles to Heat to Set Temperature

Oven takes over an hour to reach set temperature or never reaches it at all. The instruction manual appears to indicate the oven should beep once pre-heated but I've never heard a beep so I assume the oven doesn't recognize it's ever reached the set temperature. I have been cooking using my oven thermometer to gauge temperature but it's ridiculous the time I need to wait to put in food.

We purchased this range to install in a new, all electric apartment. We have been using it for about six months now and it works like a charm. Although we did have to purchase new baking, sheet pan and roasting pans for the oven, we can easily fit two quarter sheet pans at once and would easily be able to roast a smaller turkey. The stove top has great temperature control and is easy to keep clean. However, there will probably be a point in a couple of years where the top will begin to look a bit "crusty". We will wait and see. I spent a fair amount of time choosing this range and overall, we are quite happy with it.

Easy to use, easy to clean, handsome and dependable. Also, the perfect size for a smaller kitchen. We placed our Frigidaire in a new ADU built on top of a 2-car garage, 520 sq ft, so space was an issue and this range fits the bill perfectly!

Looks great with clean lines and minimal aesthetic. Oven is spot on for baking and range top units are comparable to gas in range of control over heat.

The pictures don't do it justice. The surface elements heat up fast and the oven has worked perfectly for bread, cookies, and cobbler so far. I'd definitely recommend.

Stovetop works fine -- but oven takes forever to get up to temperature. I have waited over 90 minutes for the oven to get to 400 degrees. Repairman came and said that everything works as it is supposed to. I would never, ever purchase this stove again.

This is a fabulous stove. It looks gorgeous in my new kitchen and is easy to operate. The design is baking and cooking friendly. The cook top is efficient and heats up quickly. Having convection and a regular oven has made my culinary life a breeze.

No user manual. The oven doesn™™t work. Bought a thermometer and it never gets to temperature. Superintendent said something about the timer needing to be set correctly but can™™t figure out how to set the time or the timer properly because there are only three buttons, no manual, and abbreviations on the display panel. Can™™t even find a document on this website other than the installation guide. I haven™™t prepared food in this oven in over six months. Very displeased.

Great oven for my apartment. Burner heat quick for electric. Convection really is a great cooking method. All was great until I pulled out the drawer. Two lower roller guides and the plastic plugs for the bottom are missing. Trying to find where to get parts.

Came without a broiler pan and I can't get it replaced. The burners take FOREVER to heat up. I wish I had purchased an induction stove.

I feel much more confidant using an oven that is consistently calibrated and heats correctly. Roasts come out perfectly and within the recommended recipe timing. The stove top heats evenly and quickly. I love this new range!

I am really pleased with our purchase of Frigidaire - 24" Freestanding Electric Range. I was nervous due to the lower price compared to similar ovens but was pleasantly surprised once it arrived. It fits perfectly in my small kitchen and has a sleak look. Everything works great. It does take longer than my last range to preheat.

I love my new range. It looks great in my small kitchen. The convection oven mode is great, my food cooks more even and faster. My husband likes the large burner on the top. The temperature setting on the oven is 100% accurate and we really like the see through oven glass door. One of the best decisions I made this year! I highly recommend.

No oven temp display. We wish it would tell you if the oven is to temp and /or the current temp. Do you make a filler piece for the back? When oven is flush with cabinets and counter face there is a 1.25 gap in the back.

The range fits the space nicely. However an owners manual is not available for this range. The problem lies in operating the settings on a digital display with two buttons with no instructions. I have contacted Frigidaire several times about this matter. Their response is there's no owners operators manual. There's only an installation manual.

I bought this a month ago and so far it is working perfectly. It is only 24 inches wide as I did not want to cut into counters but the size looks just fine. It was not difficult to work out the heat settings so my food prep has been excellent.

Perfect size for a small kitchen but doesn't seem small at all when using the cook top. Even heat in the oven so food comes out just right. I cooked a turkey in it for Thanksgiving! Clean up is a breeze. I love this stove!
