The dry with heat option is a waste. You can feel the heat but it™™s not enough to dry anything. Better off just opening the door and pulling the racks out so they air dry. Cleans pretty good but only if you rinse first.

I bought this new dishwasher in Oct and installed it in November, 2020. The rubber gasket on the door forming the seal has come loose. I need a service call. I also put a new Frigidfaire refrigerator in the same kitchen and it is noisy and not cooling properly. I would like both applicance serviced. Location Claymont, DE

Brand New...used only 4 times and will not run a full cycle without shutting down. Can make it run again if door is lightly pushed and held as it appears to make better contact. It will run until cycle changes, then stops running again. Called warranty number and service set-up without question. Have not had service yet, so too soon to report if fixed or not.

I bought this dishwasher 2 months ago. It was one of the more inexpensive ones, with just the basic settings. THat was enough for us, except that the soap dispenser doesn't always open. So we have to run it through 2x

I thought when I received the dishwasher I thought oh wow an upgrade. I don't like that it is always wet inside; you have to run the water til it gets hot first, what a waist; it smells and I found out that I prefer to hand wash my dishes. I have read most of the instructions and don't seem to get the heat/ dry to function. Might be the operator but I have used it twice and I don't like it much.

Cleans well, but definitely need to use rinse aid for effective drying. Pretty quiet. Inside is not as well made and secure as outside. Door wobbles a bit and doesn™™t lie flat easily when open, causing difficult with lower rack rolling in and out properly. Could do without the adjustable tines on top rack, as just makes space not as efficient. Overall good dishwasher, especially for the sale price, just needs some minor tweaks.

Replacing a 30 year old dishwasher with this one. It is no frills, basic dishwasher that works as expected. No Frills = No Frills - no adjustable shelves, no special modes (simply wash/heavy wash and dry/no dry) but this is all we were looking for. Installation was a breeze. No issues whatsoever now that it has been used about a dozen times. Just the 2 of us, we run the dishwasher every other day.
