The overall performance is good. It is the most quiet and easiest to operate machine that we have owned. It just doesn't dry very the dishes very well.

my dishwasher does not dry my dishes. It's brand new. I think it may not be hooked up right. other then that it cleans the dishes I just have to towel dry them.

I like the simplicity of the dishwasher, it cleans effectively, but when you open it up it gives off a toxic, plastic smell that has not gone away after three uses.

The washer is well built, light and easy to install. While it is advertised to be quiet. We found it a little noisier than the old one. It does a great job washing the dishes but takes at least 90 minutes to do a good job. We ordered a new water line but could have used the old one. One drawback was the small size of the silverware caddy. We tossed it and bought a bigger one online along with a small dishwasher box to hold bottle lids. Very simple to use.

Seems to work great which is what really matters but it's a bit noisy and there's no way to know where the machine is in it's cycle process while it's running.

Hello, I moved into a new house recently and this dishwasher was already installed and working. Worked great for about 2-3 months, then it got clogged and it hasn't been the same since. Constantly getting water on the bottom of it from sink run off (I assume). Maybe it was how it was installed but it has not be great so far.

If you are replacing your old dishwasher with a new one you either need to include with the unit or train the salesperson to recommend the adapter to connect from the new unit hose bid threaded connector to a copper existing line. Then include a section in your instructions about the option. It would make me installation much less stressful.

We wanted a basic dishwasher™¦no sense getting one with cycles we do not use. This was exactly what we were looking for with what we thought was a reliable name. I had no idea basic meant CRAPPY! We ran several loads carefully following the instructions and ™helpful hints™. Not one worked properly. The detergent was never fully emptied™¦it clumped in a half open cup. And yes™¦.we bought several brands and styles (liquid, pods and powder) to try. Even the Cascade that came with the washer didn™™t work. And customer service was almost nonexistent. What a disappointing and expensive lesson™¦I will not buy another Frigidaire EVER!

I have this unit in my rental apartment. I™™ve had several issues with it. As others have said: sometimes the dishwasher stops mid wash and I have to push on the door and then it starts again. Secondly, it never dries the dishes- even with different brands of rinse aid. And lastly, it™™s about a 50-50 chance that it™™ll drain. Half the time there™™s water pooled up after the cycle. Have had someone come look at it twice for that, both times said the filter was clean and the drain pump was fine. Don™™t know what to think

I installed this dishwasher 5 weeks ago............IT DOES NOT DRY THE DISHES AT ALL. CHECKED HEATING ELEMENT IT IS WORKING FINE. I EVEN USED THE RINSE AID LIQUID AND THAT DOESN'T HELP ANY AT ALL. ALSO THE LOWER RACK STAYS MOLDED. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

This dishwasher is poorly made or maybe I've ended up with a broken one. The door is very hard to latch and the dishwasher stops multiple times throughout the cycle and needs restarting. About 75% of the time, there is still powder/soap on all of the dishes or the door where you put the cleaner hasn't opened. I own Frigidaire for all of my other appliances and have never had any issues. Very disappointing and would NOT recommend!

It's not even a week old but we have run it twice with one run through to check drain when we installed it. Disappointed with the inside not drying. However the dishes are dry but due to reading reviews before purchasing, we are leaving the door open so it doesn't get moldy. Our 1st purchase because the one prior to this was over 10 years old. Next time we will wait and find a better one. For now this will work and the price was cheap. If the inside dried I would give it a 5 star, it seems to be a running problem with this particular dishwasher

We purchase this unit and with less than a year of use it fail miserably. All lights go on and then nothing happens, it's quite frustrating when not even the dishwasher that you bought with your hard earn money wants to do the Dishes. Frigidaire what are you doing to me? Been a Frigidaire customer for years now, maybe is time to give the Korean Brands a try.

This dishwasher washes pretty well. However, it doesn't dry at all. In fact, the heat dry makes it worse because there no vent to vent out the steam. On the outside by the handle, there looks to be a vent, but a look on the inside tells its just for show. If you are like me and can't stand and dry dishes, this is not for you.

Our kitchen remodel went well, but the newly installed dishwasher wouldn't stay closed. The repairman came and shifted the unit to resolve that problem, which was great. Now it will not drain. We have only had it installed for a couple of weeks, and we really wanted a dishwasher since our old one hadn't worked in years. Washing dishes by hand kind of takes the shine off of having a new one, seriously. This thing is brand new, for crying out loud, so we have barely used it at this point (yes, we clean the trap, and pre-rinsing limits the accumulation.) Seriously thinking about taking this thing out of here and finding a brand that will work. It was on sale for a great price, and now I think I know the reason.

Bought this dishwasher less than six months ago, top and bottom rack are rusting so now it leaves rust marks on the dishes. Very poor quality, and of course, that is not covered under warranty. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

We just purchased and installed this new dish washer and it was a great choice for our basic needs. The advantages are that it runs quietly, cleans dishes well with the recommended detergent and other instructions. The disadvantages are that even with the rinse fluid the dishes don't dry well, does not heat water even after running hot water in my sink, and you can only select 2 types of cycles for rinsing. I also think the door could use better design, I'm personally not a fan of the spring door and the bulky unlatch handle, but that's just personal preference. Otherwise, I do recommend for customers looking for a basic dish washer that gets your dishes clean. PS please follow the recommendations! I can totally see how others may not be having the best experience with this dishwasher because recommendation aren't being followed.
