    Replaced my previous model and this k e has 3 drawers which while nice makes it challenging to load dinner plates without having to figure it out. Also pitchers that I use to wash now don™€™t fit as they™€™re too tall in this model. While the control panel is nice it™€™s not great as it™€™s under the counter and not easily visible and honestly the door feels flimsy. So not super happy with this model.

    Hi, this is a great dishwasher! I love the ability to adjust the upper rack and also have the cutlery rack! It is super quiet and my dishes are super clean! The only issue was the install. They guys had no clue what they were doing. They removed the protective wrap before the install. Now I have scratches all over the front. It also is not flush. Not sure if there is an option to use a different company for the install™€¦but I™€™d advise against using who installed mine.

    I have installed dishwashers before and made mistakes. This time the most important thing I learned was I should have paid attention to the dimensions. For example, this one is one of the taller ones. It did not fit under my counter without scraping the underside of the counter. So, the leveling feet were irrelevant. Once it was installed, the appearance was good. One thing you should know is in order to make it big inside they designed it to have a very flat motor/pump/solenoid/power distribution area at the bottom. That means that the door is hinged low and you have to reach down farther to put stuff in. It also means you may have to reposition an outlet box to feed it power because there is much less room in the bottom back. To my surprise, not all dishwashers have a clear space at the bottom right for an outlet box.Once installed, I quickly realized I do not like top control displays. I like to see what has been programmed and what progress has been made. I like to know what phase of washing it is in. With this unit it only displays the program options, the delay until it starts and the time to the finish.All that said I love that delays can be set for any hour up to 24.Our habit, custom and routine is to set it to run at night and time it to finish just before I wake at 05:20 or whenever.So, I know that when I set "Normal Wash", "Wash Pressure Surge", "Wash Temp High Temp/Sanitize", and "Dry Heat" it will run about 214 minutes (3 1/2 hours). It shows the completion time as you select options. I love that.It is quiet. Real quiet. I did not buy it for that. I bought it because it had a sanitize cycle and heated drying.I have used perhaps a dozen or more dishwashers in recent years and I think it does a better than average job of drying.

    We just received our washer and it seems to be working fine. The top drawer for silverware seems a bit clunky and I constantly need to "jiggle" the drawer to get it back in. Nothing fancy here, but it does the trick.

    It™€™s cheaply made. It™€™s just a pull open and close latch. It™€™s cheaply made. Im sure it will break soon. Im not sure how it™€™s energy star rated. The quickest cycle is 86 minutes. I have to run it twice because the dishes don™€™t smell clean after the first wash. There is no quick wash. Im extremely disappointed.

    It's made cheap. The wheels come for the track every single time we use it. It is hard to push the tray back in. The top row is also made cheaply and has issues being pulled out and pushed back in. It won't run a full cycle. We had it for maybe 6 months when we noticed. It will just stop at various points throughout the cycle and you have to open it and start it up again. I run my dishwasher when I leave, or at bedtime. So I never walk into my kitchen with the dishwasher finished. Been saving money back to buy a new dishwasher and will not be purchasing this brand again. This is not the first Frigidaire I seen that does this. Seems to be a common issue. Super annoying to pay close to 1000 dollars for something by the time you add all the parts and installation. Just to find out it's a hunk of junk.

    My old dishwasher was 15 years old, very loud, and only ran when you pushed the start button. Thus new one is very quiet and dies a great job of getting the dishes clean. The only thing that I wish it did better was the dry cycle. Some of the smaller items don™€™t seem to get as dry as some of the bigger items.

    I purchased this unit on 12/8/23, had it installed on 12/28/23. I™€™ve used it once and started to receive error codes. I had to call for service, they discovered the pressure sensor and drain pump need to be replaced. I have always been a big fan of Frigidaire. I currently have one of the Gallery sets, until I needed to replace the dishwasher. Needless to say, I™€™m NOT a happy customer!

    We purchased this dishwasher in an emergency situation. Our old one failed right before the holidays so we had to find a replacement quickly. This Frigidaire unit was in-stock and ready for pick-up, which contributed to making the selection. We also had budget constraints because the purchase was unplanned. This model was not the least expensive model with stainless tub/interior models (other less expensive ones were plastic), but it was one of two below the $1000 price tag.Installation was straight-forward and included all the necessary parts for our application. However, we were surprised to see how much flex there was in the construction of the appliance: when pushing it into place under the cabinet, you can see the dishwasher housing twisting with very little force. This likely matters little since the unit is much sturdier once installed. The exterior has a nice brushed aluminum appearance that looks clean. And the buttons for operation hide under the countertop neatly out of sight. The one small complaint is that the lower dish rack which rolls out onto the door when open is also quite light-weight and flimsy -- it does not roll in and out easily without the added weight of some dishes.The real test of any dishwasher is how well it cleans. On the Regular Wash setting we found that it did a great job cleaning even plates that had not been completely washed off and still left the glasses in the rack above without residue or food debris. As far as drying goes, there was some water remaining on the glasses at this setting, but we found that using the Sanitize mode resolves this (although it takes another hour to do so).One of the selling points for this unit was the flat utensil rack that slides into place above the dish rack. On the positive side, this is a handy addition for those longer kitchen items like tongs, metal skewers and BBQ utensils. On the negative side, we often forget it is there.After using it for a few weeks now we are pleased with the purchase. The Frigidaire is attractive and reasonably priced and does a good job washing dishes, pots and pans. Would recommend this model to others looking for stainless interior below $1,000.

    I love this dishwasher. I bought this one when I remodeled the kitchen in my condo but then I sold it and I knew I had to have the same dishwasher in my new house. I replaced the builder grade dishwasher with this one. I love the room it has, the third shelf in top, that it is very low noise level and that™€™s it™€™s has stainless steel tub.

    Doesn't clean. Leaves soap behind. Wouldn't even clean mason jars. Left soap on those, too. Using rinse agent and the highest spray setting and all the things. This isn't my first dishwasher, but it's my last Frigidaire. I want a refund and this thing out of my house, but I'm told it's nonrefundable after 48 hours so now I'm going to squander the next 2 months of my life jumping through hoops and missing work to have service technicians tell me it's fine. I may just put it on the curb and save my sanity.

    I find that it doesn™€™t dry as well as my previous machineAlso, I need to scrub the plates more than I had to my old machine. The treys do not glide as smoothly either
