The top rack rusted out of the track and the latch broke and we have to tape it shut while we wait for the service people to come. Not happy, spending a lot of time dealing with having this dishwasher repaired.

I purchased this dishwasher because it had good reviews and was priced affordably. I will acknowledge that the dishwasher washes very well. However, it feels like it is constructed of cheap plastic and does not feel solid. The design of the bottom rack allows plates to fall over. When the door is open and the bottom rack is pulled out the back wheels rest in the groove between the washer and the door making it difficult to push the rack back into the washer. The largest issue is that the top rack, when loaded can collapse onto the bottom rack. The rack comes out of the wheel (which stays in the rail) causing the rack to collapse. When I called to have the issue resolved I was told it was not covered because the rack is a ™non-functional™ part which as explained the dishwasher will still run without the rack. As I wrote, the dishwasher washes well. But considering construction, design and problems I would not recommend this dishwasher.

This product has only been used for 3 months and I have had several pieces fall off. Today was a whole wheel bracket. It is rusted. I am confused as to how a dishwasher that was included with my new home that is only 3 months old is rusting already. Now I am trying to sign in to my account that I registered appliances at and can't get in to do a warranty claim. Not very impressed. I really hope I can get this resolved.

Not only are the buttons so hard to press I got to press them 5 to 10 times every time I load the dishwasher, but also the inside is made of such poor quality that I miss my old dishwasher that was 15 years old. I don't even understand why they even created this dishwasher, If it was to be affordable then they failed. If anything I would rather spend a hundred more or two dollars just to get a dishwasher that I can actually press the buttons on. Aside from that, It's your basic dishwasher. Not worth buying. Even if you're trying to be economical, This is not your best option. I only give it two stars because it works. It washes my dishes and steam dries them as intended. I can't believe a brand new dishwasher would still come with all plastic insides in this day and age. When I initially purchased mine I thought it would be stainless steel interior at the very least. I sure as heck did not expect to have to press all over the panel to get the darn thing to start or to change the settings! Honestly there should be a freaking recall on these and everyone who purchased one should be able to get a replacement for one that actually has working buttons!

I love how clean my dishes get with this. It works great and mostly quiet. It does what it needs to do. The two issues I have with it are the dishes never completely dry even with the heat dry on and the door does not stay open or down unless I pull out the bottom rack completely. It keeps popping up and closing while trying to load or unload the top rack.

After having a service call to check the original installment of my dishwasher, I had hoped to rave how happy I was. Brand new dishwasher allows standing dirty dishes to grow mold, and not clean well. The bad smell is better, but very disappointing since the previous Frigidaire dishwasher was cleaning great, just had a dial that wasn't advancing properly to next cycles. Repair was deemed almost the cost of a new machine.
