    I must ran into a bad luck or something. For nearly over twenty years use of Frigidaire freezer or refrigerator. Never had any issues until recently bought chest freezer. At first everything runs very smoothly and quiet, until last week, everything in the chest freezer started to melting and getting soft. Contacted the Home Depot and had the certified technician came out and diagnose the problem, found out we have a bad motor/compressor. Called the warranty department, as I™€™m writing this review, I™€™m still waiting on hold to speak with one of the associates. Last one I spook with, she hung up on me after an hour of waiting on the phone, she literally hung up on me™€¦™€¦ wow

    Frigidaire Made Some Changes

    This freezer is working good since we got it. There are a couple of things that I do not like about it compared to the Frigidaire Chest Freezer that I replaced. This freezer does not have the dividers that my previous freezer had. It is much more difficult to keep food items separate and locate them when we want them. Also, I do not like where the control for the temperature is located as it is down next to the floor and difficult for a senior citizen to read.

    Great chest freezer! Love all of the storage space. Giving 4 out of 5 stars, as I placed a thermometer in the freezer and it™€™s never accurate with what I set the temperature to on the freezer. Also, I don™€™t like that the key doesn™€™t stay inside of the freezer, although I understand for safety reasons.

    We have had this chest freezer for about three weeks and so far it is doing exactly what a freezer should do, keeping food frozen. The only thing that I would change is to go back in time and have wire baskets again instead of plastic baskets the feel flimsy.

    Purchased this 19.8 cu ft chest freezer a few months ago. We are happy with it. It is heavy duty. The lid is heavy and seals well. The motor and cord are on the right side which was backwards from our last freezer. We have been unable to find any dividers for this freezer. It does come with 2 baskets. It sets on casters. One side locks. We would purchase again.

    So thankful to have a new chest freezer, we plan on filling it up with our farm raised beef and vegetables from our garden. I like to make "double dish" casseroles, one for supper and one to freeze for another meal. I bake and freeze cookies for the Holidays and pies for my kids--I love the convenience a freezer gives us--what can I say other than it is perfect for our needs!

    It only comes with a couple sliding baskets but it perfectly accommodates two stacked rows of plastic tubs with lids. This freezer freezes well below zero for a good deep freeze. It was easy to unload and put the casters on. So far it™€™s been perfect.

    Wow is this thing big! Perfect for half a cow, plus a couple chickens. Keeps everything nice a cold without being too loud or killing my energy bill. Once you put some containers in there to hold the meat it makes it easy to move everything around

    We are very happy with our new refrigerator. It cooled down rapidly and it has maintained the set temp . We cannot hear the freezer running as it is ver quiet. The only thing is I wish it had rails to install more baskets as my old one did, also it would be nice if it came with more baskets

    Very nice and quiet. The 6 wheels were easy to put on but I had to lift it up on something to be able to get under it. This freezer is very quiet. The green light is the only way to know it™€™s on. It got to temp in four hours. I am ready to fill it up before the economy gets worse.

    First a big thank you to Albert Lee Appliance for ending our long search for a chest freezer. As for the freezer, love the pop out lock, love that the green (on) light is on the lid and not on the underside of the freezer. We fit one hole beef in it. The only issue is that we cant get the temp light or flash freeze buttons to work? We read the manual, we watched videos, we cant find out why?

    Very pleased with this large chest freezer. Extremely roomy-large enough to fit my 1/2 cow with room to spare. Incredible seal, bright interior light makes it easy to see where things are, caster wheels make it easily to reposition, external power light shows freezer is on. Perfect height so you don't have to 'fall in' trying to get something from the bottom. Quality all around. LOVE IT!

    It was easy to put together and the casters roll easy fully loaded. I've got half a beef and buch of other stuff. Only complaint is I don't fully understand how the alarm works on the freezer is it an audible alarm or just a light on the controller. The manual doesn't cover it or couldn't find it.
