we bought this in the middle of the pandemic back in 2020. It wasn't running cold from the start but the Authorized Dealer (PC Richards) told us this is normal. We had to crank it to its highest settings which worked until the warranty expired.. it has now clunked out after the warranty. Let's just say, this is not the same company your parents grew up with and the quality is not what the name stood for. As others have said, if you buy this, buy the extended warranty.

We had to purchase a new fridge to replace our older one that was having issues. We looked for months and finally after much comparisons we decided on this one. We™™ve had it for a month and we just love it. It keeps things cold and the freezer keeps our ice and frozen items nice and frozen. It hold so much stuff. We have a family of 3 and it holds all our necessities. Large items small items. I would highly recommend this model if you are looking for a small space fridge.

I was really hoping to like this refrigerator better. I got the stainless steel version, and I do like how it looks. It also fits well into the small space that I have available. However, even though I am a short person, the refrigerator door does seem very low down to the floor and it™™s awkward to open. A lot of the shelf space is very deep into the refrigerator and hard to reach. I still need an extra fridge in the basement for overflow and I™™m only one person. On the first day, I was reaching for some thing and knocked over a glass jar, and the top shelf now has a crack in it. Also, in the process of delivery, the side of the refrigerator got scratched. I called customer service to see if there is some kind of paint to repair it. I waited on hold for a long time and then finally got someone to talk to you. She put me on hold, and while I was waiting the call dropped. I gave up, and still do not know if there is any kind of repair paint that I can get. If I had it to do again, I think I would just get the white.Finally, it is true that the door does not always close unless I push it pretty hard. This is not good for a refrigerator. I have found the door left open on several occasions when I thought I had closed it. Please note, in the pictures there are some bins and drawers that I added to the refrigerator. These did not come with the refrigerator. Also you™™ll see that I added rubber mats on the glass shelves so that I don™™t break any more of them when I™™m reaching into the depths of the refrigerator for an item. I don™™t know if there is a better refrigerator out there that is this size, but definitely all the negative issues that people brought up are true.

We bought this refrigerator to replace an ancient GE model in our basement. The compact dimensions of our new Frigidaire were critical in allowing it to get down a steep staircase, and each of the doors clears some basement support beams nicely. This Frigidaire holds a surprising amount of stuff despite its small footprint; the relatively large freezer dimensions are a plus for us. The unit is remarkably quiet, and it also has a high energy efficiency rating, which will qualify us for a rebate from our power company. We considered buying a Whirlpool in this size, but I saw too many reports of sample defects and early breakdowns. We™™ve had this Frigidaire for several weeks, and are very pleased with it.

I needed a new 24-inch refrigerator and this one is working very well. It's beautiful and sleek looking. There's no frost in the freezer and the regular cold setting keeps everything in the fridge very chilled. I wanted a bigger freezer for storage and this one is terrifically sized. The three shelves on the door and two bins on the bottom help keep everything organized. The only thing I'd change is that I wish the the bottom part of the fridge was a little taller and the door a little higher so I wouldn't have to crouch over so much when looking for items on the top shelf.

Unit arrived with completely frozen top screw that made door reversal impossible. Frigidaire states this is an "installation issue" and was unwilling to rectify or replace unit. I expected better from Frigidaire and will not purchase their products in the future as a result

This is an excellent appliance. It is working fantastically well. I love the fact that it is on wheels which makes it easy to wheel out and clean under. It has ample freezer space, and the lower part of the refrigerator is great. It has separate temperature controls for the upper and lower part of the refrigerator. The drawers have a slide bar on top of them to allow air to enter or not depending on how you set it from the rest of the refrigerator. The handles are excellent and are not the normal handles. It is hard to describe you will have to look at this item yourself to see all of the wonderful options. I highly recommend Frigidaire for this is a truly outstanding refrigerator.

I bought this fridge this week and it™™s beautiful. I love the brushed silver exterior and glass shelves on the inside, but have to agree with other customers that it is a bit disproportionate and although it is slightly larger in Cubic feet than my previous fridge, it definitely has less space in the fridge. The fridge is also way lower than what I™™m used to, but something I™™m trying to adjust to. My biggest complaint however is the drawers. They are designed to nest into little divets in the bottom of the fridge, I™™m not sure why, it™™s not like they™™re going to slide open on their own. But once the drawers are filled, it makes it a challenge to open the drawers, having to lift the drawer out of the divet, and then out from the fridge. Seems like poor design that you wouldn™™t notice when the fridge is empty.

Replaced a dead 22Replaced a dead 22-year-old fridge with this Frigidaire. Couldn't be happier with it. I have a small kitchen and while this fridge has the same exterior measurements as the previous product, the interior is actually quite a bit larger and having a door that can hold milk containers is a revelation and unexpected in a fridge this size. Got cold quickly after being plugged in, and so far (just two weeks) works like a charm. Hoping to get over 20 years out of this Frigidaire.

I am happy with this purchase. It is perfect for my small kitchen and even smaller space for the refrigerator. It gives my kitchen a modern look. This replaced a 30yr old+ whirlpool refrigerator in a 30yr old+ kitchen located in an old, small apartment. So, I was happy to finally upgrade. The Freezer and Frig have ample room. However, you may have to get used to the refrigerator being a little lower than normal, where you need to bend or kneel to get items, due to the freezer's length. I am okay with this, but some may find it awkward or annoying. The refrigerator is quiet. The freezer on its default setting freezes perfectly and the refrigerator on its default setting keeps everything perfectly cool and fresh. The doors are reversible, if needed, which I thought I would need due to the small space that has a heating vent near, but the doors were just able to clear the vent. There is plenty of light inside the refrigerator and the shelves are adjustable. The bottom cabinets have an adjustable lever to better keep fruits and vegetables fresh. Overall, if you do not need all the latest bells and whistles that come with refrigerators these days (ice maker, fresh water, etc.) and are looking for a basic, solidly made refrigerator that can fit in small spaces, this is an excellent choice.

We bought this version when the last one, which was a little bigger, hadn™™t worked properly from the start. Apparently it contained new eco friendly cooling technology that they couldn™™t find the part for. So they said they™™d give us a replacement. I had to buy the replacement first to get reimbursed, which is not a great customer experience on top of what we already had been through. When I went to buy another one, the only one I could get for a similar price was this one and it™™s clearly smaller, Home Depot even knocked a little of the cost cause I think they knew it wasn™™t how this should have gone. I suppose at least it works. This experience with Frigidaire was not good.

How do I describe it? Quiet, classy and generous (inside)! Except for ice cream I do not consume frozen (dead) food so I have turned down the freezer section to "Cold" which keeps my pint of sorbet et al, frozen enough by moving the shelf in the freezer near the top while the lower part of the freezer is usable for coffee beans and really cold items but not freezing. The fridge area is roomy enough for large and small items. Thank you!
