    I had a 40 year old chest freezer that finally lost efficiency. The upright freezer has more cubic feet, I can SEE the food inside, and appears to be much more efficient, especially as I realize that the pantry is cooler than it used to be. I love it!

    I love the space and size but this freezer died on us after 131/2 months. Right after warranty. I lost hundreds in food. Very disappointed. I thought this was a good brand.

    I purchased this upright freezer after having a chest freezer for almost 40 years. I wish I had made the switch sooner. This freezer is doing its job well, plenty of space on the inside racks as well as the door. What impressed me was the tight seal this freezer has. It takes a little pull to open and when the door is closed, you can hear it reseal. So far all I can say is it has definitely met my expectations and more.

The salesperson at Appliance Connection recommended this unit (on sale!) and we could not be happier -- more compact, but great design of inside space, visual and audible reminders about proper functioning and good-looking.

    This is an excellent freezer. It is in my garage and is not affected by the external heat.The inside racks are roomy and the door has shelves to hold small frozen items. I receive bi-weekly orders of frozen food and this is perfect to handle the orders. I highly recommend this freezer.

    I bought in November 2019. Was very happy until Monday. I opened the freezer and my food fell out because the shelf collapsed. Plastic containers broke all over the floor. Luckily nothing hit me. It could easily have broken my foot. It scared me to death. I called frigidaire and talked with Sierra. I explained that the shelves are too narrow and don't stay on the bumps built into the wall. This is extremely dangerous and I was very lucky. I've heard nothing from frigidaire.

    Although it took 3 months to get it, this freezer was exactly what we needed. was delivered in perfect condition. Only thing I would suggest is a rodent-proof mesh or screen on the back to allow for air flow without offering up a warm spot for the critters to move into.
