It took 4 months to get a black dishwasher. I don™™t like the fact that there is still lots off water on everything after the dry cycle. My last dishwasher we could do without dry cycle and just open the door. This one there is so much water on everything that we have to use the dry cycle. Also if we need to add a dish during cycle you must press start again. I have always just had to close the door on other dishwashers and it starts back up. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes.

THIS DISHWASHER HAS BEEN AWSOME THUS FAR. I LOVE HOW MANY DISHES IT CAN HOLD WHICH REALLY HELPS GET THE JOB DONE FASTER! THE ONLY THING I WISH WAS DIFFERENT IS THAT IT WOULD ACTUALLY DRY THE DISHES BETTER.

I could not find a "question" option in the "Questions and Reviews" area. My FFID2426TB dishwasher has the Washing, Clean and Sanitized lights blinking. I tried removing power for several minutes and plugging it back in. I tried holding Start for 3 seconds and then for 30 seconds. I was not able to find anything in the manual about this. Does anyone have a solution?

This is very good for the price paid, which was less than many other dishwashers. I do wish the silverware container would be bigger, there is room for it to be bigger.

I received this model because the other model that came with my new house was junk and this one I used twice and now the buttons don™™t work on it so I have to call again for a repair even though it took 3 months to get the last one replaced

I really like the new dishwasher. it matches my other appliances well, is VERY quiet, and seems to be efficient in cleaning the dishes. I have to say it does not dry them very well

We had issues with this dishwasher from the month we bought it. Contacted customer service who sent someone out and the issue was never fully resolved. 10 months later it won™™t run a full cycle or get pre rinsed dishes clean. We have tried everything in the manual and cleaned every crevice of the dishwasher and pipes. Attempts to customer service equal waiting on hold 30 minutes just for them to disconnect your line.

Love how quiet this dishwasher is. My old one could wake the dead! I like the flush controls when you open the door. The sanitizing feature is awesome too. I like how it has a top rack wash as well. It gets everything clean and big enough to put big things that may need cleaning like large baking pans. I use it to clean pretty much anything that would make a mess in the sink!

Had the dishwasher installed. It replaced a Bosch that we had for years. Regret not getting a Bosch again. First two times we ran it the dishes never got cleaned. The dish detergent capsule was a clump on the bottom of the dishwasher. Saw the advice to run the hot water from the tap first. Did that. No clumped capsule but the dishes are dirty and slimy. Trying calling but if I got through was put on hold for over an hour. Bad product bad customer service. Not a good introductory experience.

This dishwasher stopped working three days after purchase. The place we bought it from replaced the entire unit and it lasted three months until it stopped working, same issue.

Bought this dishwasher few months ago, it cleans very nicely but has an issue. On two separate occasions the latch that confirms and locks the door flips and will not allow unit to run. Which is annoying but to fix it you have to unassemble the door of the dishwasher, reset the latch and put the door back together. I am a licensed plumber and it takes me 1/2 hr. I would not get this unit again because of it.

I ordered this product through a large retail chain and had it professionally installed. While it seemed to be the best choice for the money, the product was defective when sold. The machine does not function, in that it powers on then powers off after a few seconds. At one point I was able to have it stay on, but I was not able to turn it off until I turned off the kitchen™™s breaker. I also know that the unit was not damaged upon delivery. Unfortunately for me, Frigidaire has not been helpful at all and takes no responsibility; their customer service line is also not accepting calls. Although the product may possibly be fixed by the 3rd party repair shop who Frigidaire suggested, l am frustrated as I have paid full price for a defective machine with no recourse.

The Frigidaire dishwasher we just received two weeks ago is working great. The top feature is the quiet in the kitchen while it™™s running. It cleans real well and by using the Cascade dishwasher soap and dry agent it cleans and drys well. The tub does have a light film of water clinging after it finishes the cycle. I plan on if taking a trip, propping open the door to prevent mold. I recommend this dishwasher if you want a quiet, efficient machine.

Purchased this dishwasher from Home Depot and the drying element has never worked. At first we thought we were not choosing the proper wash cycle; that's not it. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. I'm hoping we can troubleshoot it without having to remove and reinstall a new one.

I have to soak dishes to remove stuck on food. Otherwise, this dishwasher will spread them all around to other dishes. The sad thing is, this is my first new home and this was the set that came with the purchase. However, I had a better dishwasher at my old apartment complex. Those appliances were all GE. It works okay, as I must deal with this set for now, but I will definitely be changing to a better set/brand in the near future. Also, with this set, you must use a dishwashing detergent to aid in drying. With my apartment dishwasher, the heating element was very strong and sufficient. I accidentally forgot to add detergent, but the dishes were clean, sanitized, and dry.

We've had this dishwasher for a few weeks. Cleans well if loaded properly.Runs a long time as do all the new models. If you run the hot water at the sink before starting, it doesnt have to take time to heat the water.Disappointed that the panel is on top of the door rather than on the front because i can not see when its done. It does go into various cycles and i mistakenly opened the door before it was done.
