We've had ours for over a year and use it as an extra/overflow fridge. It's perfect for that use. It keeps thing s cool and cold and has never given us any trouble. Definately would recommend it to others..

I bought this product through Home Depot along with another product, which had installation issues and I was distracted by those issues. There were dents in the lower side of the refrigerator and door, which I didn't notice until a week later when I felt that the side of the refrigerator was extremely hot. I unplugged it because I was nervous about the hear. I contacted Home Depot and Frigidaire several times and was told there was nothing either could do because it was out of the 48 hour window. I am now stuck with a refrigerator that I don't feel comfortable using and shouldn't have been dented in the first place. I've always had Frigidaire refrigerators but will no longer buy their products. The review guidelines ask not to speak to customer service, but there doesn't seem to be any way to publicly comment on unsatisfactory customer service.

I purchased this item over a month ago. Has not worked since purchasing it. Everything freezes in the refrigerator. The unit will not get above 14 degrees. They need 3 parts to fix it. Only one has come in. I have been on chat and one the phone with them over 6 times. If you need a refrigerator in a hurry this isn't for you. Could be anywhere from another 14 days to a month an a half. I get conflicting answers every time.

The delivery went fine, but when I needed the door changed from a left hand swing to a right hand swing it became more troubling. The correct tools need to be provided to the delivery personnel to make this an easy and seamless fix. They used a screwdriver, pliers and a hammer to get the fixtures out. They had to pry out the plugs and they were damaged beyond replacing. These were to be dropped off at the rental. it has been several days and so far nothing. I will probably end up picking them up at the store$627 for a very small frig that now has holes and I™™m not sure if the door swing fixtures are compromised.

I bought this refrigerator two weeks ago from Maidencreek TV and Appliance. Picked it up and set it in the garage. No matter where I adjusted the thermostat the water in the fridge froze solid. Called service and they told me to move it to a warm spot. Wasted $600. The garage is 45 degrees. Turned the dial all the way down and the freezer went to "0" and the fridge never got above "38".

I bought this fridge after looking at many different makes and models. Liked the design both inside and outside. Love the deli drawer and this was a feature not offered in other makes. It has a very sleek appearance from the outside and the interior lighting is great. Very happy I made the choice to purchase a frigidaire.

It's much bigger than it looks. Almost all my stuff fits in the doors. Very quiet, keeps food just the right temperature, freezer is huge. I love it!

I bought this unit in Dec. 2020, by Jan 2021 the unit even on the lowest settings was freezing everything in the refrigerator and the Freezer section was already frosting over had to call service repair man will be here tomorrow will update once they determine what is wrong. would like to win this as I may have to purchase another unit

I bought this refrigerator to replace a 50 plus year Frigidaire about the same size. The old one I had to defrost which was so outdated. The new Frigidaire is just the right size and a great deal of space. Love that I also have a freezer larger than a shoebox that I had in the old one. Love the refrigerator.

Things have not gone so well with this particular refrigerator. First problem was trying to change the door swing. The caps on top of the unit that needed to be moved over were completely wedged in and could budge them. Had to order new parts for that. 2nd issue is the unit completely shut down on me less than 4 months in. I have been without a refrigerator for almost a month now. Waiting on parts which nobody seems to know when they will be available. Sorry. You have no idea how badly I would like to be able to give this appliance a 6 star rating because that would mean I had a refrigerator:)

I've had this refrigerator for just over a year. It has never worked properly, in that anything near that back wall would freeze. I turned it down to fix that. Then, the handle broke and that had to be replaced. Now, the refrigerator is not cooling. I'm losing hundreds of dollars in groceries. There is no savings in buying this low end refrigerator.
