    We had new countertops put in our kitchen. We were going to keep the cook top We had. Also a Frigidaire. The installers broke the glass on the top. It measured 37 inches. We went every where trying to find a 37 inch top. Since everything is so difficult to get right now we were worried we would have this giant hole in the countertop. We were so lucky to find one at Metro building supply. We had to take the floor model. But we didn't care. It fit perfectly and we got the Stone Co. to pay for half. I couldn't be happier with the way it works.

    We will be installing this cooktop on top of a 3 drawer cabinet system. We want to be sure that the cooktop leaves enough room in the top drawer to be usable. I see with the junction box on the cooktop that it takes up 5" of height. Can the junction box be removed from the cooktop and installed and recessed into the wall to shorten up the overall height needed for installation? We need to have the final installation height as small as possible.

    Love this cooktop. Heats up and cools off quickly. Love the five burner placement. Stainless steel knobs are attractive. The quick boil burner is awesome! After polishing each night for a week, cleaned up like a dream. Do not recommend using the Weiman everyday cooktop cleaner. Total waste of money. It™€™s a $10 bottle of glass cleaner and smears. I found the best and easiest way to clean is with a sponge of sudsy Dawn soap followed by a wet rag. It™€™s comes out streaked free and with a brilliant shine. Would highly recommend this cooktop. It™€™s affordable, very attractive, and functions like a dream.

    Great performance from this. We upgraded from a 30" cooktop to a 36" cooktop and are loving it. The burners heat quickly and evenly and the quick boil is exactly as advertised. Sometimes water boil over leaves a residue that is difficult to clean, even with the recommended cleaners, but that is at most a cosmetic issue.

    Replaced my old cooktop with this gallery cooktop. It heats up very quickly. The controls are easy to use. My only disappointment is that that it only show that a burner is still hot but does not identify which one. The old one had a light by each dial.

    I recently purchased a 36™€ electric cooktop and am very happy with the purchase. The Frigidaire company came with a guarantee to fit my existing countertop opening and it did ! They were the only one that did except an alternative that cost more than a thousand dollars more. It is an all around winner perfect fit, good price and works great.

    I've had this stove for 1 month now. Since I've been cooking on it I've notice the difference between a similar stove I had from another company. This Frigidaire heat up to a boil about 5 times faster and cooks evenly. It's also very easy to clean. If I ever need another stove top I will definitely be getting the same brand.

    You have to be so careful not to scratch it or spill anything on it. In order for it to look nice you always have to use a special cleaner. You can™€™t even just use a clean dish rag to wipe it off you see streaks all over it. Every morning I get the cleaner polish that you™€™re supposed to use to clean off my stove top to make it look nice. Otherwise it just looks dirty and smeared. I came from using a gas stove to electric for the first time in my life and very disappointed that you have to baby the stove top. I love cooking with a cast-iron skillet I™€™m afraid to even try because the surface will get scratched.

    I bought this cooktop in March and the first one was damaged in delivery so another one was sent to me. I received finally the last week in April. It was well worth the anticipation. I love it. It cooks faster than the coil electric stove I had previously, but I am learning how to cook on it. I love how easy it is to cook on it and most of all, I love the feature that lets you know the cooktop is still hot/warm.
