    This oven came damaged. I notified them the day it came. The foreigners they have work will not help Americans. They will treat you like crap and expect for you to go away. I just hired an attorney. Extra money to make them honor their warranty. I got this from HOME DEPOT, who also treats people like crap and did nothing to help.

    Our old double oven was starting to take a long time to heat and we could never trust the inner temperature even with an oven thermometer. As built in we were limited to size. Our original was black and we were hesitant going to the stainless black as microwave and cooktop on same wall are black. It fits perfectly, looks great and love the choices of cooking modes. We even put away our Air Fryer and solely use this oven. Easy to clean. Highly recommend. And waited till a great sale.

    We needed a replacement double oven and quickly learned that our 27" width requirement limited options. Add our requirement for the appliances to be black and the pickings got really slim! We chose the Frigidaire because it had, by far, the most features, and was offered at almost half the price of the competition. So far we love this oven and have seen outstanding results with what we have cooked in it.

    We have had our oven for about 3 weeks now, and truly love it. Not only is it absolutely stunning, and makes our kitchen more modern, but it also cooks beautifully. There are no hot spots (or cold for that matter!). The inside lighting is lovely, and the display is clean. I love that you can see the time from across the room. It is quite simple to install, though is very heavy, of course. It also fit our cabinetry perfectly, and we didn't need to make any adjustments to our cabinetry. This oven fit even better than our old oven!

    Quality Wall Oven With Tons of Extras

    I wanted to have a chance to use my oven to comment here. Bottom Line: I love it. My previous oven that was incredibly accurate was dated 1996. I knew it was top of the line back then and wanted to do the same. This Frigidaire did not disappoint. It works like a dream. What you may not know is it takes 60 amps so I had to run a new power line to it since the old was 30 amps. The other issue was I putting it in an existing cabinet that appeared to fit it perfectly. Unfortunately the doors and front of the oven do stick out on the side and just enough that i could not push it in about 1 1/2". I hired a carpenter to do his magic and he put wood around the outside (not an easy job given the varying dimensions and cuts), painted it black gloss, and cut feet out of the cabinet to level it properly front to back. It was all worth it to have this beauty in our home.

    still navigating my new ovens

    I've only had my ovens less than a week. Here are my thoughts.The one glide rack is really nice, but it takes up an extra 2 inches in the oven, so that I have to remove the rack above it in order to fit a casserole with a lid. I do not like the oven turning off after the set timer. So I do not use the oven timer and set separate timers for the ovens, because sometimes foods need extra minutes of cooking or baking and then I would have to reset the oven again. I tried the steam clean because the chicken splattered all over the inside. The steam option cleaned some splatters but not the grease. I used the self clean next for 2 hours and it did a very good job. This is my first try at using air fry. I was disappointed that I had to buy something to use that feature, since the ovens did not come with the air fry basket and tray. The pad controls were very easy to understand and use. It requires a very light touch. I have never done convection cooking so that is on my list to try next. The install was not simple. The cabinet opening for my old 27 inch ovens was larger, so I need to buy a piece to cover the gap opening at the bottom. The width was perfect. We did have to move the electrical box higher inside the cabinet in order to push it all the way in. One final observation...the "beep" for the oven is ready" signal is the same sound as the smoke alarm. A bit unnerving at first, but I am finally getting used to that.

    The order took over 10 months to fill. Installation was quick and professional. We love the oven style, features and operation. It would have been nice if the installers used a filler at the bottom of the oven, as there is a visible gap of 1.5 inches.

    Excellent double oven

    I™€™ve had my oven for 2 weeks and although I haven™€™t used all the features yet, I a, very impressed with the functionality of the oven. It™€™s easy to use, and the no pre-heat is a great feature. It™€™s also beautiful! My prior double oven was 25 years old. My expectations are that this oven will last as long!!
