    This oven looks beautiful but don't let the look deceive you. This is a $3000+ piece of junk. It does not cook reliably. The temp fluctuates between 50 and 75 degrees either way. Baking is out of the question. I had to call repair out before my warranty even expired. I was told that all ovens fluctuate but it averages to the correct tempature. NO. NOT EVEN. Tell that to Lace Oatmeal Cookies or a Souffle. Bite into some raw fish. ON TOP OF THAT whatever you do, don't purchase their warranty. It's managed out side of the United States and other than scheduling an appointment, they are useless. Today will be the second appointment missed to repair my oven. The appointment instructions were clear on the time frame. Apparrently, Frigidaire doesn't hire repair companies that can read.A total disappointment from start to finish.Basically, stay clear of Frigidaire/Electrolux. Their products are made cheaply, their Customer Service is absolutely abysmal to non-exsistent. I wish I had never purchased this piece of junk.

    Bought this and several other Frigidaire appliances as part of a kitchen remodel. It is our first double oven, and we love it. Great performance, value and aesthetic. Also really appreciate the different modes, ESPECIALLY the air fryer. Can cook 3 pounds of chicken wings to a perfect crisp with just 2 tbsp of avocado oil. Far healthier and better tasting than takeout wings cooked in unhealthy, reused oils. My only regret on performance is that when using the air fryer even at temperatures under the smoke point of the oils, and even after a self-clean, it still creates an inordinate amount of smoke that escapes into the home and sets off detectors. There are some videos out there indicating I'm not the only one with this issue, yet I don't see a solution offered by Frigidaire. Perhaps it's unavoidalbe byproduct of the cooking method, and the tradeoff is worth it, but I'd give it 6 stars if that problem could be solved somehow. Always wondered why ovens don't vent to the outside, or come with some sort of attachment with flexible hosing that can be routed up towards the vent over the range.

    November 2023 our single wall oven which was over 35 years old started giving us problems. We needed to get something by Thanksgiving so we could prepare our feast. My wife and I looked around at several different manufacturers and models. We decided on a double oven which we always wished we had from the time we bought the house. Finally, we decided to buy the Frigidaire Gallery 27" with multiple cooking methods. We got the oven the day before Thanksgiving and installed it ourselves with help from a friend. Thanksgiving was a success.The oven has digital controls with a good amount of options including convection, temp probe, air fryer and more. This oven allowed us to cook multiple dishes and time them to come out in time to serve hot food. The oven is very nice looking, functions well with easy controls and cleans up easily. We are extremely pleased with this purchase!

    Kind of a science experiment - gone RIGHT :) I was in a rush so the bone in chicken thighs were slightly a bit frozen, but I needed to get them in the oven. Long story short! Convection at 400 and a couple turns (60 min total) resulted in perfectly cooked chrispy skin chicken that would have had to have gone under the broiler in my previous oven!

    The double electric oven is a very convenient oven to use specially with the air fryer built in it , it is very spacious with three racks in it on both ovens with a slider rack on bottom oven .I have one thing to add that it did not come the air fryer screen rack for the price that I payed for it other than that it™€™s perfect.

    My new Frigidaire double electric oven with total convection has met all my expectations. It is easy to operate. It has a nice design. It is efficient and quiet running. I am glad we chose Frigidaire.

    Early evaluation

    Seems to function well. We are new to convection cooking and just learning the adjustments. We really like the air frying feature. Two suggestions would be to have separate timers for the two ovens and to have a brighter ( or at least an adjustable) panel light for the clock.

    We have had this installed now for about two weeks. It was so nice having it through the holidays. I love the probe aetting and using it with meat. It works well. So well I™€™ve purchased more of the gallery product.

    It looks amazing and fit like a glove. The multiple features convection, steam cooking/baking and the gliding shelf are my favorite features. I was able to produce so many holiday cookies let alone have plenty of room for Christmas dinner with sides.

    The Frigidaire Gallery 27" Double Electric Wall Oven with Total Convection was my "dream" choice, and I am thrilled to have it in our newly renovated kitchen! It is beautiful, easy to operate, and can do just about anything! Everything I have cooked/baked so far has come out perfectly. I highly recommend this oven, and I look forward to many years of using it!

    Looks nice. Works okay but underpowered.

    It looks very nice and has lots of fancy features but it doesn™€™t heat frozen foods on multiple racks as well as I expect. Even using the ™€œmulti rack™€ feature, it requires considerable more time to heat two frozen lasagnas from Costco than the package instructions. It™€™s supplied with a 240v/40amp dedicated circuit so I don™€™t know why it can™€™t put keep up with this modest demand. Per the specs, it should have enough power.

    My wife loves here new double oven. Installation was very easy...fit was perfect in the old oven's location. Oven was well made. My wife is enjoying learning all the new cooking modes. Would highly recommend this oven.

    We absolutely love our new ovens, but we were very surprised that the broil temperature started at 500 degrees! We are learning how to adjust the temperatures as we go and are just so happy to finally be able to replace our broken Whilpool ovens and be able to cook in the oven again! Plus, buying it through the "Perks at Work" program saved us $500!

    Loving my new double ovens

    After being with out my double ovens for quite sometime I was researching different brands in order to replace mine. I came across this oven™€¦it had so many functions that was really excited for such as air fry and proofing dough™€¦and when my contractor went to order we were delighted to find it was on sale saving me almost a 1/3 of the price™€¦I have used it many times in the two weeks since installed and it is dream come true!!!     Horrible Support

    I purchased this double oven 10-25-23. It finally arrived just before Thanksgiving. After installation the day prior to Thanksgiving, the bottom oven did not work and gave me an error code 47. We were unable to cook dinner for Thanksgiving. I called to get a service technician. After calling three times and waiting three weeks, I finally contacted the technician directly to find out they couldn't service the oven. He gave the name of a company that could. I called them directly and made an appointment. Frigidaire has to vet the new technician and it will take 3 days to do so. It will be one month that I haven't had an oven. If i could give zero stars I would.
