    I had the worst experience ever getting my new oven, Lowes failed me .. miss Thanksgiving and Christmas baking because they kept damaging my oven. Finally got my oven in and it is a dream. These ovens are huge and cook everything wonderfully. One thing I have to say is I like many other think it should come with the air fryer basket. I still have not used this function because I need to purchase one and if not careful I see a lot of people purchase the wrong one. Mine needs to be 25 inches across. This oven comes with 5 regular racks and one ball bearings slide out rack. It would be nice to have one of those in each oven in fact there are way more regular racks then needed they could keep 2 of those and give you one regular and one pullout in one oven and one regular and one air fryer in the other. I will include pictures so you can see what I am talking about. P.S. excuse the kitchen we are remodeling and installing new cabinets as well. I Love my new oven and will be baking a lot this next winter.

    Bought double wall oven six months ago, convection fan does not run continuously during convection bake or air fry. Three service calls, main circuit board replaced, and oven still not working correctly. Just get a run around from customer service and tech support. Will never buy from Frigidaire again.Worst customer service and support I have ever encountered.

    I love all the new features, especially the meat probe cooking and the bread baking option. The manual is very helpful in walking one through the how to's of all the cooking features. I love how the oven shuts off automatically when the time is up or the temperature is reached. I do struggle to get the timer and light to go on and off with the digital touch panel.

    I love this double wall oven. It has alot of features that are awesome. I have used the air fryer for chicken wings. They turned out delicious and cut my air frying time in half. Just make sure you either buy an air fry tray or make one out stuff you have at home. I've used the probe. It's wonderful to see the internal temp of your food by looking at the oven screen. I have a few more features that I can't wait to use! You won't be sorry for buy this wall oven and you definitely won't be sorry for buying a Frigidaire appliance.

    I had a competitors double oven since we built our home in 2005. For the past 6 or 7 years it has been acting up. Panel computer board was replaced multiple times and breaker had to be turned on and off between uses. Since covid has lightened up, it was now time for hubby and i to host Christmas dinner. To do this we required a new double oven. We researched and found that frigidaire was the one for us. Our Christmas dinner was a success for 45 people and thanks to my new frigidaire oven everything was cooked to perfection ?? Prior to the huge Christmas dinner, i was able to do a ton of baking. Very pleased with our purchase.

    Help™€¦just installed double wall oven has power but does not heat

    The oven was installed 2 hours ago and Lowe™€™s installation team could not make it heat. Lowe™€™s tried to connect me to Frigidaire warrantee service and I got the recording, ™€œwe are too busy now, call back later.™€ I called Frigidaire customer service who told me to call Lowe™€™s. I explained Lowe™€™s told me to call Frigidaire and the Frigidaire customer service rep said in effect, that there was nothing he could do. I asked him to connect me to someone who actually could help; like a manager. He said he was the guy. This oven was part of a $4,000+ Frigidaire purchase. From this experience I am very dissatisfied with Frigidaire. Bottom like, it is Friday afternoon, I have an inoperative double oven, and it looks like it will stay that way through the weekend before Christmas!

    We have mixed feelings about this double oven

    This double oven seems to work correctly, although I haven't had a chance to try all of the MANY MANY cooking modes. I think the thermostat is accurate, and I like having a convection option. The vent fan is much quieter than our previous double oven. On the other hand, heavily advertising an air fryer mode without including the air frying rack is disappointing - particularly at this price. Also, I would like to control the oven lights separately, rather than having to have BOTH on (or off). The instructions specify that the oven light(s) should not be turned on while baking - why not?? It would be nice to have a quick reference card for using the MANY cooking modes, rather than looking for information in the thick Use & Care document (which doesn't have an index).

    I love, love, love, my double wall oven. My entire life I've always had a gas oven and I knew nothing about convection, but in the short time I've had this oven (August 2022). I could not imagine having anything else. All the different features this appliance has like the ability to air fry, total convection baking, steaming, roasting, warming, self-cleaning, etc. As I stated earlier, I'm in love with this Frigidaire Appliance.

    Different and Better than our old Wall Oven

    First, the differences:- No exposed burner at the bottom, hence more diffuse heat.- Simpler display - takes some getting used to, but the buttons you need are the ones that appear - less is more!- Little bit longer pre-heat time, but you always have the option to skip pre-heating.- Spread the shelves out when using convect - our old oven did not convect evenly, this one does, but if cooking sausage cheese balls on three racks, for example, spread them out.- Has a warm air exhaust at the top - this means that the steam coming out of the oven when I open it to peek is ALWAYS blown into my glasses where they fog - at least until I learned to stop leaning in or to just turn on the light to look. The warm air exhaust is not objectionable otherwise.- Lots and lots of features which we have only begun to try out.- Easy open doors - you don't need to give an arm wrenching tug to get a door to open.The better part:- The display is really crisp.- The timer goes off with three beeps. If you don't respond to it, in a minute it does it again. So if the phone rang right as the last one went off, it reminds you that it went off until you acknowledge it.- The heating is very even.

    Unsure how the good or bad the ovens are as they have never worked

    The ovens were purchased and installed through Best Buy. The installers never tested the ovens, so when we went to turn them on all of the lights came on, but they did not produce any heat. A month latter after three missed service calls through Best Buy I still do not have a working ovens. I am not sure at this point if it is a manufacturing defect or a installation defect, but I can tell you not to purchase anything through Best Buy. It waits to seen if Frigidaire's product is good or a lemon.

    Pros: love the oven settings, especially convection. It is so. Much. Quieter than our old wall oven! So quiet we forget it™€™s on! Con: the easy slide out rack is nice, but it takes up half the oven, leaving little room for things above it. I will probably just take it out to allow more room. Very pleased so far!

    Sharp looking and versatile

    Installed this oven after our builder-supplied model finally failed. Never had used a convection oven before but this model is very quiet compared to the conventional oven it replaced. We are still trying out the different features and look forward to baking using steam. Also, the sous vide feature is intriguing as should help if meal prepping.

    I am still trying to use all the features of this oven. I baked muffins on the steam oven setting and they were the best I have ever made. They were moist and stayed fresh for 3 days. I did a pork roast in the convection bake mode and it was so tender. My husband said you have never made such a good roast. Cooking were so crisp in the convection also.
