    I love refrigerator products but with this product when I'm cooking and have the fan on to prevent the sweating of the water coming down in my food and it sweats too much with the fan on so the fan is not doing the purpose

    Have had this microwave for about 6 months now. Instillation was pretty easy with good directions and templates. Have not had any issues with the operation of this microwave. All of the available functions work very well and it heats things up in a snap. Cleaning is simple and looks brand new every time. Lighting is very bright inside and over the stove. Multi speed fan is also great when you need more exhaust power for multiple pots or just a low fan for boiling water. Great piece of kitchen equipment. Would recommend this unit for use.

    Great unit and the only suggestion that I would make is that the from panel...when touched....should have the buttons light up. I propose that it is common to use the unit in the dark, and having the keys light up would be an a competitve advange feature. Given the ease at implementaing this and the minimal cost as well as the extended life span of LEDs should allow this feature enhancement....and would likely be one of the deciding factors for purchasers.

    Replaced 12 y/o Frigidaire model. New one has a better fan, light and the "done" signal is more audible. The door is stiffer and does not close as easy. Overall, so far so good

    This Microwave fit right into the space from our previous GE microwave. The Gallery series looks very well made, and to this point in time works very satisfactory. The under range light is exceptional compared to our older one, exhaust fan works well, and it cooks in a pretty even and prompt manner. We are very happy with this purchase and would strongly recommend that when looking at purchasing a microwave, give this one a very serious look.

    Not thrilled with this microwave at all. Is too small for the opening (last 2 microwaves fit perfect but this one is a half in short on each side). Auto defrost is too hot and starts to cook the meat. The led light is great but the vent fan surges. Because we picked it up on a Friday and then left for the weekend before install, I can't return it. Already have a repairman scheduled to come out.

    We have had this microwave for about 5 months now and really like it. The power is sufficient to cook/reheat anything we want, controls are intuitive, and the fit and finish are perfect. Even the ductless vent fan works decently which is a surprise. Most times, ductless vent fans don't work at all.
