This refrigerator turned out great for our new house. I should mention this is the third one we had delivered. The first malfunctioned and froze everything in the fridge side. We called Lowe's, who we purchased it from, and they graciously allowed us to swap it with a replacement even though the 48 hour window had passed (we had it delivered a couple of days before actually moving in and loading our food into it). The second one delivered had a large gouge in the front of the door that appeared to be from the factory (box was undamaged). But the third... That one has worked great for the last month, so we're happy with it! Might need to address some quality control issues though

We didn't get many options for the built-in refrigerator opening. This looks nice but surely not as sturdy as our KitchenAid. The delivery was a bummer as we had to wait for 2 weeks to get it as the first delivered unit was badly damaged.

Our 17 year old Frigidaire finally died and we replaced it with this model. We really like the look of the interior and how much more spacious it feels than our older model with the same cubic feet. The door handles show every little finger print, compared to our last one, but not a huge deal. It also makes a lot of unfamiliar little noises, that I am trying to get used to!

Do not buy this! We dealt with a delayed arrival by a week with no communication from Frigidaire unless we called them. Three times!It arrived today and has the loudest ™hum™ I™™ve heard from a refrigerator. It can be heard from every room in the house and only quiets when the door is open. Obviously we can™™t leave the doors open all day. This has been a very negative experience. Frustrating because we hoped for better from Frigidaire. I expect follow up from the company.

My new Frigidaire Gallery Counter Depth side by side has so many features that I love. The following are wonderful improvements over my 20 year-old refrigerator (not a Frigidaire) that recently broke: The water filter is easily accessible!! It has an air filter--something that I have not had before. For the 7 months that we have had our Frigidaire Gallery, the ice maker has not frozen up; it makes ice cubes a perfect size for dispensing. The smaller ice cubes work well in a glass and do not slide down and smack your mouth when you drink! The mechanism that propels the ice from the bin is sturdy. I like having one place to get either ice or water by just pushing buttons. My Counter Depth model is perfect for just my husband and me and our small kitchen. It holds lots of frozen food. The refrigerator side has ample space with 2 crisper drawers and a deli drawer in addition to 4 shelves. It also has door shelves that can hold 2 gallons of milk plus other miscellaneous items The controls and settings display are easy to see when active and go into sleep mode when inactive. Ours is stainless steel and looks great in our pre-existing kitchen colors. I haven't discovered anything negative about it. Frigidaire also has other appliances available in the Gallery line. Since our refrigerator and microwave are on the same wall, we decided to get a new Frigidaire Gallery Microwave. Both are beautiful. I love our Frigidaire Gallery Microwave. It also has fantastic features that are so improved over our old (not a Frigidaire) microwave. I would like to someday replace the other appliances in our kitchen with the Gallery models!

Work alright. Food or beverages on the top shelf tend to freeze. The ice was nasty and gray at first until I took the icemaker box out and cleaned it. TAKE THE BLUE TAPE OFF before you plug it in. I wish I would have done that, but it was delivered and I had to take off to work, so I let it get cold and the tape was a PAIN to get off. Hopefully it lasts.

Only a few weeks old but so far it's perfect, we love it! We had the old version (13 years old), which we had to fix repeatedly, the water line kept freezing, the ice would stop working or the ice wouldn't stop coming out of the door! Hoping these issues have been resolved on this one, time will tell!

Nice features. The icemaker manages to both be compact and of ample capacity.. The unit has worked flawlessly so far, but it would be nice if they supplied a wrench to adjust the feet. Like all new fridges it cools down more slowly. And like many new fridges it has excessive ground leakage current which can trip GFCI outlets (I had to change to a normal outlet.) I measured 2 new units and an old one for reference. I measured 2.6 and 2.1 mA leakage for the new Frigidaires and 0.150 mA for the old unit, all with the compressor running. I didn™™t really mark the unit down for this stuff because these issues are made in Washington DC and will require a regime change with deregulation to fix.
