    We are very pleased with the purchase of this new range. My wife and I cook a great deal and have found it be far more useful and efficient than our previous model. The cooking surface is varied enough to handle nearly all types of cookware and heats very quickly. It also seems to be more durable than other glass cooktops that we have used in the past. The oven is extremely efficient and heats in a fraction of the time that other conventional ovens do. The circulating fan is likely the reason, and not only does it preheat fast it maintains even cooking temperatures extremely well- even after opening the door it returns to set point fast. We have not yet tried the air fry feature but are looking forward to it!

    Inconsistent Oven Temperature

    I have owned this model for almost a year and have fought w/ oven temperatures being off from the set temperature and what is read on the display. On average it is a 20-30 temperature swing. I had a repair performed about 5 months ago and he replaced the board and temp probe. I am still having the same issues w/ inconsistent temperatures and recently placed a high-quality temperature probe in the middle of the rack and performed many temperature delta data readings. The temperatures were all over the place from the set temp, to the reading from the temp probe on the display and my temp probe. they averaged 20-35 degrees. What is odd is if the oven lost temperature, it would never regain the loss. If it dropped 30 degrees, it would never recover that loss. That is why there is such a variance in cooking. I don't understand why it is so inconsistent but for the price, you would expect a excellent working product!!

    Burners turn on when barely touched

    I love the look and function of this range but if you walk by it and barely brush against the knobs the burners come on unexpectedly. This has happens several times in the 60 days we have had it. I am considering replacing it with a range with the knobs in back. Very disappointed I constantly check it. It is somewhat stressful. I never expected it would be a fire hazard.

    Beautiful range with a decent amount of quirks

    In our new home we were looking for a range that had similar features to the range in our old home. Some of the features we wanted were ball bearing gliding oven racks and probe cooking. The PCFE3078AF appeared to have the majority of the features we were looking for. Fast forward to today and we have buyer's remorse. For starters, one of the wires for the surface element was pinched during manufacturing. This caused sparks to shoot out of the range the first time we used the oven when the insulation burned off the wire and it shorted to the chassis. Next, the design of the surface elements are less than ideal as there is only one large element in the front. All of the elements seem way underpowered compared to our old range. Also, the oven is temperamental. The temperature is set using a potentiometer dial rather than a digital control. On several occasions the oven temperature will get set "between" two temperatures causing it to switch back and forth to preheat mode. During preheat the broiler element is activated so when this happens it will burn the items in your oven and the control panel will constantly beep until you slightly turn the temperature adjustment knob. It seems like long term reliability is questionable and I would hesitate to recommend this range. I've rated it 2 stars because it really is a nice looking range.

    I am still getting acquainted with my new range. It has many different options I have yet to use for baking. The heat up time is quicker than my last range. Air fry is nice but it can be messy depending on the food. The suggestion to put a pan under the basket shelf was necessary. Still trying to determine is the temperature is accurate.

    We had the range for about 3 weeks now and all works great. Also much easier to keep clean that a gas range. Baked cookies and also used the air fryer to make french fries and they came out perfect. Only 2 downsides that I discovered after using the appliance: the oven timer is just that: a timer. It doesn't have the capacity to stop baking after a set time. Second thing - oven temperature is only adjustable in 25F intervals - that is a problem for baking when recipes need an exact temperature.

    The oven has a ton of options on the style of backing/cooking. That is very impressive. Love the look of this Oven but with ours it did not slide all the way back in. That is the installers issues not Frigidaire. Once installed there is a cap and the trip company that we were referred to by the Store ran $3o0-$400 which is too expensive. We are looking for an alternative. So that is not Frigidaire's issue, but they could have designed the oven to be able to be installed without any extra needed trim. Not sure if that is the same across other ovens now. The knobs are very easily turned so we are constantly scrambling when we bump into them and turn top elements on. We are going to ask the dishwasher repair man to see if we can tighten those knobs.

    The range surface is difficult to keep clean. I had a glass top induction before and it was so easy to spray with window cleaner and have it shine. This surface attracts and holds onto every splatter or drip and rarely seems to look good. Using vinegar and baking soda finally made it look new. I am afraid to use the air fryer because I know it will make a mess. Bottom line is I do not like the range at all. I wanted front buttons instead of a control panel because the buttons for the oven became more and more unresponsive until they didn't work at all. I made a poor decision in my choice.

    This stove replaced a 22 year old Frigidaire Gallery drop in stove. I have only had this new one for a couple of weeks. My initial impressions: it preheats very quickly, 10 minutes or less, the knobs are very easy to use and child safe, the stovetop heats up fast and the bridge works great for extra large pots and pans. I don™€™t air fry so I can™€™t comment on that. I just removed that rack from my oven. I bought the Frigidaire cooktop cleaner which works really well. It is a thin consistency, so it doesn™€™t leave any residue. As far as aesthetics, it™€™s a gorgeous stove!

    Purchased at a well known appliance store in the Phoenix area. We compared this Frigidaire model with other popular brands but kept coming back to it for the features and looks. Never had Frigidaire products in the past. After extensive comparing with other popular brands, decided to give it a try. Did not research it on the internet prior to purchase. After delivery and set up, took some getting used to but seemed to perform as advertised. The user manual was a little difficult to follow but finally got the hang of the stove operation. Very responsive to control settings and accurate. Brought a big kettle to boil quickly compared to the popular brand replaced (which was only six years old). This Frigidaire is well made and the quality stands out. After using for three weeks, we are very satisfied.It should ne noted that after we bought the stove, we read some reviews and were puzzled by a few negatives such as "alarms going off for no reason", "inaccurate temperatures", "stove top elements not heating properly," "cook surface scratches easily" and one review saying to "stay away from this product." We found nothing with our stove to justify any of these claims. Perhaps the negative users did not read the user manual!So far, we highly recommend this stove. It's a well built, quality product that looks good and does the job as expected.

    I haven't tried the air fryer yet, and I'm not sure when to use the many bake options, but so far regular things like baking cookies or using the stovetop have worked as expected. The directions warn against putting hot pans from the oven onto the glass cooktop which is kind of a pain, same with pot lids. But otherwise I like the range.

    Absolutely the worst stove/oven I've ever used

    This is a terrible product. We had a unit that came with the condo (contractor grade) it worked better than this--with less features. We were remodeling so decided to get a nice stove/oven because I love cooking and baking. This thing has be terrible from day one. The stove top burners don't honour the dial setting. I can have a pot of something boil over on the 2 mark, while the other burner on high won't heat up. After using the back burner the rear shroud buckled from heat expansion. But the saddest part is the oven. I enjoyed baking before getting this product, now it's an absolute crap shoot of what happens. The Bake setting will never get to it's set temperature, even with preheating for an hour. As soon as you open the door to put the item in the heat is lost and won't get it's heat back until your item is supposed to already be baked. On the Convection bake it used the broiler burner so everything burns on top and is undercooked on the bottom. Most of the heat is lost through the front door, even with being shut fully. The heat that comes out is so much that the knobs become too hot to touch. The rest of the heat is being pumped out the back by a circulation fan to keep the top of the stove glass cooler. Every once in a while while changing temperatures the stove goes into an error mode. Sometimes during baking it just forgets it is supposed to be baking and the dial being set at say 450 doesn't mean anythnig the oven has been operating at 170. The lower drawer is very cheaply made. Overall for the $2500 price tag on this thing (when we bought it) is a complete joke. It functions worse than a $300 stove/oven. This was obviously designed to look good but never put through actual internal product testing or consumer testing to see if the design was viable. Either that or these companies actually don't care anymore that they release such dreadful products. I definitley will never by a Frigidaire again.

    We have had the stove for about a month now and we really like it! If there was a 4.5 star I would have easily given it and if it keeps up performing as is, it would be a 5 star.

    Easy to use and very efficient!It has been about a month now and I have used the cook top, convection and conventional oven, as well as the air fryer. All easy to use and all the settings maintain reliable temperature. Not to mention the range is beautiful! Could not be happier! Thank you Frigidaire!

    Great buy just in time for Thanksgiving

    We took delivery of our new electric range just a few days before Thanksgiving, and did it ever help us in preparing our Thanksgiving meal. The warm feature of the oven was the best in keeping dishes warm so that they all were ready at the same time.
