Ww replaced our 17 year old Frigidaire Professional refrigerator with this one after constant issues with the ice maker. We love that this one had dual ice makers. So far only complaint is its a bit noisy when it runs water for making more ice but we can live with that. Probably noticed it due to the ice being completely empty so it took a few days of constant ice making to fill up the container. Only other issue is "us". We have always had side by sides so taking a bit of getting used to having the freezer om the bottom.

Excellent design in general, everything is handy and accessible. Just two minor complaints: (1) the left door is somewhat resistant to close, so it doesn't always close all the way on the first try (and the installer told me this is characteristic of that model & brand); (2) it's a little noisier than I would like; when it's cooling, there is kind of a whiney sound.

So far our refrigerator has been just what we wanted. We are Rlreplacing an 17 year-old frigidaire professional model whose ice maker was failing. We are hoping for another 17 years with this one. It looks stunning and has dual ice makers which we love. For those of us who always had side-by-side the bottom freezer will take us some getting used to, however there is definitely more room in the refrigerator section than our prior one which is great.

This arrived as a replacement for my previous Frigidare Professional Series Refrigerator that had a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, it's damaged and I have to wait for repair which could take a while :-(. The water hose was apparently not attached correctly and when using the dispenser, water flows out the top and down the side of the fridge door. Very disappointing!

The refrigerator looks classy and sleek. The finish doesn™™t show fingerprints at all and is easy to clean! The control panel inside the door is great so it doesn™™t accidentally get bumped and setting changes when wiping down the outside, and it makes for nicer exterior look. It arrived with two right-sided shelves, but the store put in an order for the missing left-sided shelf to be delivered by mail, however, 7 weeks later we are still waiting for it to arrive. The countertop depth refrigerator holds a lot and it™™s easy to see nearly everything on the shelves. The ice dispenser throws ice out in a way that you can™™t easily catch it so some ice cubes frequently end up on the floor. The freezer is deep and holds a lot. You have to push the refrigerator and freezer doors carefully to make sure they close all the way.

This is one of the best looking refrigerators out there, the Frigidaire Professional. The interior looks upscale with the color contrast and the LED lighting. I have placed two sensors in the unit to track the temperature on a regular basis. And it™™s 24 hour cycle. It moves about 5 to 7°. Very consistent.

Looks nice. Having trouble getting a missing anti tip leveler. My fridge doesn™™t match your parts list exactly. Temperature seems to fluctuate a little too much set at 36 degrees and sometimes it goes to low 40™™s. Motor noise seems a bit annoying at times high pitch sound.

Only complaint is the water dispensed from the door is not cold. Contacted Frigidaire and later their local repair person who confirmed there is no water reservoir inside this model refrigerator to cool the tap water. Otherwise all is good so far.

But my absolute favorite thing about this refrigerator is that it has 2 ice makers, one in the door for easy convinence and a 2nd one inside the freezer. This is the 2nd one I have purchased in 5 years and that's only because the buyers of the house I recently sold wanted to keep the refrigerator. When the new arrive, I was so happy to see square ice cubes, I love them. Upgrade from previous ice cubes.

I love this refrigerator. It is well designed and stores more the other counter depth refrigerators if its size. Every square inch in both the freezer and refrigerator are designed for maximum storage. The many features makes this refrigerator so versatile. The freezer has a second ice maker with a removable tray. The freezer allows for a large pizza box storage. The in-door water and ice dispenser are well designed as well. The crushed ice feature is superior to any I have used before. I love the look and functionality!

Just purchased this Frigidaire Refrigerator and have to be honest not totally pleased. Upon installation, opened the freezer door and in the bottom of the freeze were screws just laying there. Don't what they go to, if they were just "extras" that didn't cleaned up during manufacturing. The ice actuator wasn't installed properly, which a tech came out to repair. The top doors don't match, the right door is 1/4" higher than the left door. And it is loud! Makes a very high-pitched sound that can be heard two rooms away! The tech said it should quiet down after a "break-in period", we'll see. I used to consider Frigideaire a top of the line refrigerator. Not anymore.

Love that we now have water and ice in the door. It is a bit smaller than our old fridge but we are figuring it out. Only complaint are the two dinky little shelves on the bottom of the doors. Too small to be of much use. Also love that the water filter is now more accessible.

Bought this a few months ago. On our second because the first had a freezer damper that didn™™t work. Parts were going to take more than a month. Store was good enough to replace it rather than waiting for the warranty work. Freezer drawer on the 2nd never sealed. Techs came to try to fix but weren™™t able to now it it won™™t hold temp and we™™re stuck with an alarm Every 30 seconds for at least the next week for a warranty tech to come out again. Disappointed in quality of the product and the lack of urgency to fix it. Again, not one, but 2 $3k refrigerators have not worked.

We purchased this Frigidaire Professional refrigerator to replace our old counter depth one and have not been disappointed. It™™s quiet and I love the way it has an extra ice compartment down in the freezer drawer for when you have additional needs for extra ice.

Lots of good storage. The ice cubes come out to the right so have to make sure to have the glass over so cubes don't fly onto the floor
