Lots of storage room and flexibility to organize things in the fridge, and I love that the ice maker makes cubes, not wedges. Also like the pull-out tray in the freezer. It looks great and the french doors are convenient. I do wish the freezer drawer was less wobbly coming out. You really have to pull from the middle of the handle. Also, I really wish they wouldn™™t put tape on the interior of the fridge for shipping. There™™s gluey bits of blue tape stuck in there that won™™t come off without strong solvents they specifically tell you not to use. But nits aside, it™™s a very good fridge.

We struggled to find a refrigerator that had flexible shelving options and a fold away shelf to allow for taller items. this Fridge fit the bill. The shelving can be adjusted to allow for various heights. The exterior is a little less than ideal, seems they skimped on some things, the edges of the doors top and bottom are not smooth where the stainless folds around the curves, the flap between doors is plastic (durability is concerning) and the decorative ends of the handles also appear to be plastic.

We chose the brand for the range but we are happy with this option. We would have preffered this layout in a full depth, this model was only available in counter depth but the three door was the right choice. I like how the refrigerator looks. It gets very cold, which is fantastic. The refrigerator is very spacious inside. I love the single, wide drawer. I use it for cheese, and it's so spacious that I don't have to stack packages. The doors have lots of room. It is taking me a little getting used to that I have to open both upper doors to access some items. My freezer door had a large scratch on it and, I'm awaiting a replacement, so that's a disappointment.

I bought a new "top of the line" Frigidaire refrigerator from Best Buy. Shortly after, it developed a leak in the door. I contacted their support, who replaced the internal hose and nozzle and said that will take care of it. Shortly after, the issue returned, so I repeated the process of calling their support, and they repeated their process again, and again, and again, and again. The SAME issue returns shortly after they Band-Aid it with a hose and nozzle replacement, saying it will FIX the issue. We are on the 6th "repair" now of the exact same issue and I am being told the fridge is now out of warranty so they don't have to address it. What a devious way to conduct business...If you Band-Aid the issue long enough you are no longer accountable for the defective product you manufacture and sell. Don't trust their company. It isn't what is used to be.

I have this fridge for a month now, I really like the design, space, and the ice maker is great. Only down point, is the water dispenser does not refrigerate the water. That was a suprise, you get filtered water, but at room temperature, having to keep the door open. Makes no sense.

Called commercial grade, probably only because of the fancy trim. Highly over rated, and No Dealer had a unit on their floor to inspect. The internal drawers do not open far enough for ease of use, IMO. The bottom freezer door MUST be pulled open in the center or with two hands or the drawer twists and tries to bind up, poor design. Arrived with the French doors not aligned. Why are the doors NOT aligned? The factory had to install the doors, and THEY can't get them to match, and the customer must do their Job of alignment. Glad I purchased the extended warranty.

One month of owning and the water dispenser is dripping after use. The inside of my fridge is soaked. Two of my three Frigidaire professional appliances now are scheduled for service after a month of using. Frigidaire used to be such a reliable company. Very disappointed in my very expensive purchase and lack of response.
