2nd Failure

This is my 2nd unit in both failed in less than month.1st unit the ice shoot in the door broke in the open position.2nd unit the water system failed completely and by week 3 there was no water at the door and the ice machine stopped producing ice. Done with this brand.

Water filter freezes inside fridge

The water filter and water lines inside the refrigerator freeze up even when I set the fridge temp to 41 degrees. This in turn allows no water in the door dispenser and no ice being made.... The fridge sits empty without food as this is for a rental, making it a bad choice and bad design.

Very happy with this refrigerator. What is difficult to get used to is having to open both refrigerator doors to access the single large "deli" drawer. But we love having 2 icemakers, the freezer is easily accessible and the storage in general is outstanding. The smudge proof exterior is a breeze to keep clean unlike stainless appliances we have owned previously.

Door Ice Maker 2/22/2023

After stepping away from my previous LG due to multiple repairs, then avoiding Whirlpool due to some bad reviews with their ice maker I gave Fridgidaire a try. I was very happy with the look and features. However 48hrs after delivery the ice shoot in the door broke in a semi open position not allowing ice to pass while also letting cold air escape.I immediately had a tech come in who marked it for replacement. Now I™™m waiting for yet another brand new fridge as I sit with a towel stuffed into the ice shoot so the food I have don™™t spoil.On the bright side the rest of the fridge seems to work fine and hopefully my 2nd one will not have any issues.

Quiet running but louder than my previous fridge w water/ice filling. Lots of good storage options and great use of space in the doors. Freezer is large (I turned off the second ice maker for more storage capacity). The fridge doors don™™t close unless you push them firmly.

I love our refrigerator. The drawers are really deep and large and food is kept very fresh. The freezer is a great size. The French doors hold a lot of condiments and juices which makes them very convenient. The exterior stainless steel is easy to clean and no finger prints. We love it!

The refrigerator does not maintain the appropriate temperature on the top.4 technicians have come to try to fix it, and changed:- Computer-Thermostat-Back column that flows the air from the bottom to the top.-Seal a plastic cover to prevent warm air from coming into the top chamber.It seem like we just wasted $3,600 for an equipment that does not work. A way cheaper equipment may have done the job just right for many year. This refrigerator have been an continue to be headache.

This replaced an earlier Frigidaire that had freezer on left size and refrigerator on right. This model is not as efficient in use of space it consumes and there are design elements we don't like.The freezer is the biggest problem. The drawer pulls out but you have to open both refrigerator doors on top to reach the back of the freezer. There is a plastic bar dividing two sides of the freezer that seems to serve no purpose other than to get in the way. It's just awkward and not user friendly.The refrigerator seems better but again there are design elements that make no sense. To open a crisper on either side you have to open both doors rather than just the door on the side where the crisper is located. If we had to do it over again, considering the problems we have had with the electric range, we would probably not buy Frigidaire.
