    We have only had for a week or so; just before Thanksgiving. The biggest test of the year. It has been great. We are still tweaking the zones for colder water from the dispenser but not too cold that items freeze. Fingerprint resistant is a great thing.

    Works excellently. It™€™s the perfect size for us. So easy to keep clean and all temp and digital displays are easily available. The built in handle for the doors and fridge are convenient and so easy to clean and use. Door storage is easy to adjust. Cools and all the right temps. Ice in both fridge and when need freezer is excellent for parties! It should noted a true 5 star is after several years of dutiful use we need no repairs. So this is 5 stars after 2 months.

    Perfect fit for our new home

    My wife and I went back and forth trying to figure out what fridge to get with which features and what size from the many options. After much deliberation, Frigidaire came out on top with the best bang for the buck and the most perfect fit we could ask for for our space. The fridge is beautiful, keeps things super cold, and offers so much space even for a counter depth model. The extra customizable drawer really was the selling point for us as it gives us more options than other models. The only thing I wish this fridge had would be a way to lock the water dispenser from accidental us as my 2 year old has figured out how fun it is to spill water. Overall, we are in love with this model and the support Frigidaire offers with their warranty.

    Great design. It's all laid out very logically and with plenty of storage options. Overall very happy with the purchase.Only downsides were some damage when delivered. Broken inside door bin and some scratches on the inside wall on the side of the ice maker. Dealer is sending a replacement part and giving a credit on the scratches.

    Last month, we purchased the Fridgidaire Professional after our old refrigerator died. Absolutely love all of the features. The top 2 doors - one is slightly bigger than the other. This gives you the opportunity to just open one door and still open the crisper door. My last refrigerator the drawers would not open unless both doors were open. The third drawer for convenience food to grab without opening up everything. We call ours the cheese drawer. You can change the temperature of this drawer so you could also use it for wine. Or change it even colder for additional freezer space. Speaking of the freezer, in it you will find a second ice maker. The first one will be on the ice/water dispenser on the exterior of the fridge. The second one can be used in conjunction with the exterior one, or turned of and only used when needed. Absolutely perfect. My lovely new fridge also matches my Frigidaire Professional Stove and dishwasher. Perfect trio.

    My new refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for. I pretty much love everything about it. The extra drawer with variable temperatures is a huge bonus. I also love the streamlined profile. But more than anything, I love opening the refrigerator and being able to have all of my healthy food choices at eye level. I am actually eating all of my fruits and vegetables instead of ignoring them! It has changed my eating habits, which is incredible.

    Frigidaire 3 doors model- NIGHTMARE. The refrigerator was delivered on Feb 7th. I had to call for service 3 times. It takes about 3 to 6 weeks before it gets repaired. It has been a nightmare and Frigidaire refused to replace it. 12 wee

    The fridge was delivered to me on Feb 7th. Both freezer and refrigerator actually stopped working in April. I went without a fridge for 3 weeks before it was repaired. The freezer stopped working in July, it takes about 5 weeks between the technician visit to diagnose the issue, ordered the parts and returned to fix it. On October 1st, the freezer stopped working again and the refrigerator as well 3 weeks later. Today is Nov 2nd and I am still waiting for parts to be delivered and I HAVE NO FUNCTIONING FREEZER OR REFRIGERATOR. THEY STILL REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FRIGIDAIRE MODEL. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATION. what a nightmare.

    All in all we like it but find there is definitely an adjustment period getting used to the new arrangement. Right now, we're using the middle draw as freezer to store items we want to use up but I think it may end up being refrigerated space for more fruits and vegetables.

    Breaking after 3 Years

    We loved this refrigerator until the door dispenser stopped working. We have had a service company out and they advised it was most likely an issue with the wiring harness that would cause the entire door to be replaced because just the wiring harness can not be replaced. For the price of this refrigerator we expected for it to last longer without costly repairs. We have been loyal Frigidaire customers for years and after this experience I am not sure we will purchase their products again.

    We bought this refrigerator for our employee breakroom and it works perfectly. All the employees commented on how much nicer it was than the previous fridge we had. The compartmental space is perfect for keeping all of our necessary condiments and other important food items. Water is readily available for employees as needed. We love it!

    Great refrigerator with some exceptions

    I love the size of this counter height refrigerator. It is much more roomy than I anticipated, and the shelves are easy to move around. It™€™s nice to have that metal drawer function, from refrigerating at different temperatures to actually using it for freezer space. I do think that the water cut out is too large. If you have a 8 to 16 ounce glass or mug, ice, and water will splash all over if you set it on the base of the cut out. It is certainly intended for water bottles, but we use the water and ice often our refrigerator for multitude of different beverages. My only other concern with the refrigerator, is that it didn™€™t come with an egg container or even a small plastic butter dish as all my other refrigerators have. And talking about plastic, lotta plastic parts in this one. That™€™s not to say, that I don™€™t like it ™€“ I do . But there could™€™ve been a small improvements that would™€™ve taken it from a great refrigerator to a spectacular refrigerator.

    I had to replace my 5 year old refrigerator over-night. Wanting to have the round handles to match my other appliances, we choose Frigidaire. It looks great both outside & inside. My only concern so far is that it seems to run longer & louder than any other refrigerator I have had.

    I love this refrigerator! It™€™s beautiful but so functional. I love the drawer that you can change the settings. It™€™s compact but holds everything! Great design. I would recommend it to all my friends & family.

    We are very happy with our new Refrigerator so far! We have had it for a few weeks. It looks great and has been working perfectly. I'm happy with the space - we downsized from a full size to counter depth and I am actually quite surprised at how much I can fit inside.

    We haven™€™t had this refrigerator for very long but so far we are very impressed with the quality and functionality. Being able to convert the middle drawer into a freezer is a huge bonus for us. Not to mention having two icemakers! I have never owned this brand before, but I™€™m very glad that we trusted the salesman and went with our gut on this purchase. It™€™s a beautiful piece in our kitchen and I love the fact that you don™€™t see fingerprints all over it.

    Our Frigidaire Professional looks terrific everything was working perfectly from the start. I especially like the middle drawer which can double as a freezer if we need the extra space. With two ice makers I doubt I™€™ll ever need to buy ice again. We paid a little extra for the professional model but wethink it™€™s well worth the added quality and reliability.

    we are really happy with our new refrigerator...love the extra drawers and the ability to covert the middle drawer to a freezer if and when needed! the extra ice cube drawer in the bottom is also a huge plus!
