The installation went smoothly, however no water line was included which i might need to call customer service for and they were not able to haul away my old fridge for damage concerns.     Love the flexibility of the fourth drawer temperature settings and having 2 ice makers. It holds large casserole dishes easily and the drawers are smooth rolling. It is a bit noisier than my last refrigerator but I like the style and so far all is good.

    I loved this fridge until things started breaking on it right after the first year. First the secondary ice maker broke. I paid for a repair tech to come look and the problem is "unrepairable". Now the front control panel no longer works so you can't get ice from the main icemaker or get water. This from a $4500 item. Unbeleivable. What a lemon!

    Buyer Beware on Replacement Parts Delays

    I purchased a Gallery 21.4 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator in early August 2022. From the get-go the Flex Drawer control board did not work. Just flashed. Luckily the Temperature maintained the default 37 degrees until a solution could be worked out. The solution was Frigidaire sent me a whole new replacement refrigerator about a month later. I thought great. Flex drawer worked. About two months later the Flex Drawer control board started flashing and you cannot change the temperature. (defaults at #37 degrees). This time the solution was to just replace the Flex-drawer control board and a new board was ordered. Fast forward to March 13, 2023. I am still waiting on the replacement board. Apparently, it was shipped in January but there is no tracking on the boat from China. My other concern is that to replace the board, the tech has to pry up the glued down board on the drawer and most likely will cause some damage to the plastic. However, I do like the refrigerator. The idea of the Flex-drawer is great. I had it set on the 28 degrees before it quit working. I am amazed on how well the Vegetable drawers keep the vegetables fresh much longer. I agree with others that the refrigerator can be noisy at times. Sounds like a gurgling stomach. Kind of funny. From other reviews I have read, the Flex Drawer control board has been a problem. I hope my new replacement board is an upgraded fix. Still waiting....

    I expected better quality from attachments, The bins are cheap, easy to break plastic. The Freezer draw constantly comes off track. The ice making feature works very slow. It took 4 days to fill up ice bin.

    We've had the new fridge for 3 months and it has been perfect. Plenty of space and many different ways to divide things up. The spaces on the doors hold a lot of items and the produce drawers are deeper that we even though they would be. The middle drawer that can change to a freezer or fridge area has been great for meats cheeses and bottles of wine to chill.

    We received the fridge last week and it is everything we expected and more. The fridge is a lot more spacious than we expected, thanks to the innovative design and layout of adjustable shelves. There is a nice sturdy feel to the door handles and drawers, and the inside lighting is nice and bright. This fridge has three types of ice, two cubed and one crushed.     Really nice fridge with some neat space usage features. The door shelves are deep and can easy fit a milk gallon container. They can also slide back and forth and one of them is expandable maximizing what you can fit on the doors. The offset width of the doors is neat and we can access most of our things by opening the bigger door. There™€™s additional storage under the veggie draws that™€™s handy for snacks. This fridge is roughly one cubic foot smaller than the fridge we replaced it with but feels bigger because of how much more we can fit in the doors. Having two ice makers is awesome (you can shut one down when not needed) and the middle drawer can also be a freezer if needed, which is really nice. Overall I™€™d recommend this model.

    The feature I like the best is the middle drawer. The drawer can be set depending on what your needs are. Temp can be set for: Freezer, wine, meat and cheese or cold drinks. I wanted 2 ice makers, that was a big deal for me. Many features make this refrigerator functional. Movable and adjustable door shelves were an added plus.Counter depth did not diminish the space due to the flexibility of the interior shelves.Very happy with my choice.

    Nice Fridge

    This is a great fridge. We really like the ice maker in both the door and the lower freezer section. The flex-drawer is a nice feature for keeping our drinks super cold! I like the counter depth so we don't lose food and bottles in the back.

    Counter-depth refrigerators seem hard to find. This one s perfect. We love every feature - including the middle drawer with adjustable temperatures - from cool to freezing. Couldn™€™t be more pleased.

    Stunning

    This fridge is absolutely stunning. The features and size are perfect and just what I was looking for. The reason for a 4 star over 5 is due to three main issues noticed right away. First, there are two small dents and 1 scratch on the bottom drawer right out of the box. For such an expensive fridge, you wouldn™€™t expect either. Both are very noticeable. 2nd, the slider option in the bottom drawer does not stay put unless you have something heavy on both sides. It™€™s not a make or break but it was a frustration trying to fill the freezer. Lastly, the noise the fridge makes right after ice drops it™€™s loud. It™€™s super quick, seems to be a normal noise after reading the manual but that did t occur with my last Samsung fridge. Nonetheless, this fridge has been excellent at cooling, freezing, water and ice availability and just the size of it. Love it!!

    Counter Depth and Just Right

    Our last refrigerator was huge. Too big. We would lose food in it, and with all that space, the ice maker was a too small. We replaced it with the Frigidaire counter depth unit and are much happier. We can walk thru the kitchen with space to spare and the ice maker has a great reserve. We also really appreciate the middle drawer for quick access to things like butter, tortillas, lunch meat and cold sodas. We were worried the counter depth would be too shallow, but it™€™s not. I no longer loose my arm in the refrigerator trying to get that itty bitty jar of anchovies on the top shelf in the back.

    Love this fridge! I really love the little mini drawer. We store yogurts, cheese sticks and jellos for our kids in there and they love how that™€™s like their own little section. The k my con I have is the ice maker. After 5 months it only made crushed ice. Apparently there was a recall, but replacement part is on the way and should be fixed soon.

    Flex door control panel very hot and smells of burning wires

    I purchased this fridge for $3200 in 2020 and got the extended warranty. Just two years in and it is causing problems. I smelled something like burning wires or rubber and codes wouldn't clear on flex door or main fridge. Repair man came and removed the flex door control panel and there was water sitting in it and the wires were black and there was black soot on the panel. I don't know how water got there, but I am sure it can happen. This is a design flaw. What if I had not been home - it could have caught fire and burned my house down. Why is this panel not sealed and protected from moisture?
