Beautiful Microwave. HORRIBLE Customer Service.

My wife and I just bought our home and our builders installed this lovely microwave and oven vent. They tested a few of the buttons and it worked fine. The next day when we attempted to use the microwave, it turned on for a second and then suddenly shut off. Now none of the touch screens button work. We even tried turning the main breaker on and off and still nothing. I tried called the 1-800 number for Frigidaire and it just played the same auto message about their privacy policy! I called several times and no one answered, not even a robot tried to help. Completely ridiculous and annoying.

Perfect Microwave to gain cabinet space!

We purchased this OTRM to go with the Frigidaire 24" gas range, as we were looking to gain counter space in our new condo kitchen design. This Microwave has all the features of most larger units with the exception of space. However, it is remarkably spacious for the 24" profile and also looks great in the kitchen because of the overall design of the unit.

I just bought this microwave after looking for over a year to find something to mount under my cabinet and over the counter- as you might know there is really nothing on the market that fits this space, I took a shot and ordered this from my Local appliance store- WOW, I was so happy that it fit and also you can turn off the key beeps and the finished buzzer which was awesome! Took about an hour to install which would be quicker the next time around
