Love it. Major improvement on former models

Not much is out there to fit the circa 1960 through the wall sleeve sometimes called the "G-sleeve" (perhaps GE established the metric, I don't actually know). So obviously I've had more than a few GE a/c's (and tried Freidrich and another), but none were ever as effective dehumidifiers as the pre-1996 energy/environmental standards window a/cs. I couldn't be more pleased with this model, and it's quieter too. So now I'm eyeing my other units, no longer hoping they keep working LOL. It does stick into the room another inch or so but I can live with that.

I moved to a senior apartment and there was a older GE Air conditioner built-in to the wall I bought this model from Baron's in Plaistow, NH Baron's was so helpful and they delivered the AC right up to my apartment free of charge The insulation from the old to the new was so simple just sliding the old one out and sliding the new one in perfect fit! The best part are all the great features, my favorite is the ECO just set the temperature and the AC does the rest! there is also a sleep feature which is wonderful! I would highly recommend this AC!!!

Didn't realize the AC had wyfi remote control on my phone when I bought it but I now couldn't live without it! AC unit is an upgrade from an older model and it has many more features. Would recommend this model if your AC needs replacing!!

The air conditioner is super quiet and extremely easy to operate especially with the built in WiFi feature I can monitor the settings on the A/C from just about anywhere as long as I have phone service- this A/C is a phenomenal product- thank you GE!

Works well. Have phone wi-fi app set up; remote could work slightly better, buttons don't always operate correctly. Cools well, eco mode saves on energy. Good value for the price, order price was locked in before price hikes. Service techs removed old unit, installed new in less than 15 minutes. Although backordered, well worth the wait, arrived on a 100 degree F afternoon. Quieter than old unit.
