    Great for about 5 months

    When I first starting using this AC it was great but now 8 months later it doesn't really cool anymore and since the light went out for the cool button I'm not sure it is actually on. Hopefully it was just this unit that was defective. Going to try again since I am getting a Goodwill certificate.

    I really love the air conditioner it cools the room down really quickly does a really good job could not be any happier the only other issue I had with this is the duct for the exhaust was not long enough so I had to set my air conditioner on a stand on the floor it would've been really great to have an additional 3 to 4 foot on the exhaust duct
