    This dehumidifier runs quieter than I thought it would. The WiFi connection is nice to have. It was a little tricky in the beginning but I got it connected. It did remove a lot of the moisture in my back room quickly

    So far so good. I have a really damp basement. After a few hours of this running. When I go to check on it. The basement felt very crisp. And didn't smell as musty. It's easy to set up. Works well. Overall it's a win in my book.

    I cannot say enough about our new GE Dehumidifier. We recently converted our garage into and extra room and before using this, it was always very humid and always felt uncomfortable. This dehumidifier is extremely easy to use, with a no fuss and a hassle free way of operating. You can also use your phone to adjust and emptying it is a breeze! It is also very eye appealing instead of just another bulky item in the room. I now have a more comfortable sitting room.

    I started using this dehumidifier about 2 weeks ago. What a great product. We have a shed on our property that we store our Holiday decorations in. We noticed everything was getting a musty smell. It is a workhorse. I love the Wi-Fi built in and how you can monitor it. There is an alarm so you know to empty the bucket. Continuous drain and also a filter reminder. This is a great dehumidifier. I highly recommend it.

    Highly effective and quiet - it gets no better!

    The GE AWHR50LB dehumidifier exceeded all of my expectations! The design is modern, with intuitive controls on the upper surface along with WiFi controls via app, which makes controlling the unit exceptionally easy. The design includes several smart features - such as Smart Dry, which regulates the fan speed automatically; an empty bucket alarm to prevent spillovers; three fan speeds; and fully adjustable humidity levels. The unit is also on smooth wheels so placement is always convenient and out of the way. The design truly covers all possible bases and the unit's performance is exceptional (and very quiet)! Look no further - this is the one you want!!

    Great Smart Dehumidifier

    This dehumidifier came with nothing to put together. It was ready to be plugged in out of the box. I love that it has wheels so that it can be moved around. The instructions said to download the Smart HQ app and for me to look on the sticker on back of dehumidifier for the password to get everything up and running. I kept looking on back to no avail. The sticker was on the front in the corner. I did figure it out and got everything working. The app is great in that you can control fan speed, humidity level, and set up a schedule if so desired. It took about 20-24 hours for me to get a notice on my phone and Apple Watch that the water container was full and needed to be emptied. It was very easy to slide it out and empty into sink. I don't have a hose hooked up to it. Once I put the water container back in, it started working again. The app will also tell me if the filter needs to be cleaned or if it needs service. This is a great dehumidifier! Love the color too!

    I received this last week, and my husband is very happy with it. We really needed one of these for a while. It works greats and does the job that we need it to do. It is very easy to set it up and move it around the house, where I would need it at. It's easy to empty out the water. Overall, we are very happy with it and thinking about buying another one for the basement. If you are thinking about buying one, you should, you will NOT be disappointed in it.

    This dehumidifier works great! With a 50 pint capacity it has run continuously for the last couple of days. It has an automatic shutoff so I don't have to be home to tend to. Also has a hose connection to be able to drain into a floor drain or sump. Also WI-FI connected to monitor from anywhere. I especially like the carry handle on the tank to easily empty when full.

    The GE® 50 Pint ENERGY STAR® Smart Portable Dehumidifier with Smart Dry for Wet Spaces is exactly what we needed in our home to take down humidity. I love how it can detect clean air and it's smart dry capability. It covers a very large area of our home in the basement. It is very easy to transport, and does not put out much noise at all when it runs. The filter on it seems to last a very long time without change. My basement has never been in a better spot than it is with this dehumidifier. The quality is way above what I would expect for it's affordable price point. I highly recommend this for renters and homeowners alike.

    This dehumidifier is amazing. Has run continuously for the first 24 hours. I have emptied four times with unit shutting off automatically each time when full. I like the handle built onto tank. So much easier to transport and empty. WI-FI feature makes it easy to control unit and monitor the operation

    Optimal design for us

    At first, we were a bit skeptical, having had some disappointments with other wifi "enabled" products such as the laughable LG induction range we returned to Best Buy for $3100 refund. Still, it was time to replace our apartment dehumidifier. After a lot of back and forth, we decided to try this one. What a delight! The unit is quiet and capable, with smart features linked through wifi. The wifi could be much easier to set up, but now it is working flawlessly! We are very pleased with this unit and its automation. It is a pleasure to recommend it.
