This is the first time I have had a dishwasher, and I love it. I'm having some difficulty changing the settings but will get it figured out. When I first started using it, it would run for 1 hour 20 minutes, which cleaned the dishes just fine. Now I must have hit something because when I press start it goes to 2 hours 52 minutes. Not sure what happened and having some difficulty getting it back to a shorter cycle. I would still buy this again.

This dishwasher really seems to get the dishes clean, which is the main purpose of a dishwasher. There are some changes I would make to the configurations of the upper rack. The way it is made, the uneven side of the rack make it difficult to load cereal sized bowl without obstucting some of the other spaces on the rack. Also, having previously had a dishwasher with the silverware rack that hooked on the door, I feel like I loose some space for items on the lower shelf. I also wish there were more horizontal wires on the bottom shelf so smaller plates are more securely held in place. All in all this is a nice dishwasher so fare that does it job of cleaning

Nice updated machine. Serious problem is that lights go on when opening door. As a sabbath observer, I may not open the door at all on sabbath and religious holidays. There should be some way to bypass the lights when opening the door.

This dishwasher cleans my dishes without me having to rinse or scrape clean beforehand. It does not dry them unless the dry boost, temperature boost, and a rinse aid is used. The door automatically closes which is unfortunate because I need to crack it to allow dishes to finish drying. The construction of the racks is pretty rickety, and they do not slide smoothly in and out of the dishwasher, often going off track. My previous dishwasher (7 years old that cost half the price of this new one) that this washer is replacing did a better job with much fewer features, and was more soundly constructed. If I had previewed this model in person instead of just purchasing online based on the description I would not have spent this amount of money on it. I would have paid the same amount I paid for the old washer for the plumber to fix the leak in it. Like I mentioned earlier, it does wash the dishes clean, but everything else is disappointing. But not disappointing enough to go through the hassle of returning and looking for a new one. My delivery for this one was rescheduled 5 times despite it sitting in a warehouse less than 4 hours away for most of the time. I am very tired.

We installed it & gave it a trial run within 48 hours. We spent the next few days gradually filling it up with dirty dishes. We went to run it, and all we got were three beeps and a flashing start light over and over again until it shut off about three minutes later. We tried different settings, we went online and found fix it videos. We read the instructions & we tried some simple fixes- nada! Someone will be here to fix it 12 days later. But it is not promising. We don't expect our $500 to last that long.
