    After 3 years of not having a dishwasher this one is amazing. So much space and all the settings are fantastic. So many options on where I want washed or how dirty the dishes are. It's also so quiet I don't even hear it running. I've actually forgot it was running until the chime saying the cycle is complete goes off

    I bought this product approximately 1.5 years ago. For the first year (where it's covered by warranty), the dishwasher cleaned very well. After about a year all of the roller wheels began to break and fall off. Not a major issue but replacements are approximately $6 a piece. Now, this week, the dishwasher would turn on and then shut down after 2 minutes without filling with water or anything. I called a local repair man who said he will not even attempt to work on this model of dishwasher because it is a waste of money and there is no fix. He said that it's a very common problem. I contacted GE customer service who offered no assistance. I hope this review prevents other people from making the same mistake I did and purchase something of quality. The repairman I spoke with said avoid GE dishwashers at all costs. After my experience, I intend on avoiding all GE products.

    We wanted the results in quality dish/pots/cups/ pans washing, and drying utensils without those annoying white dots, which were left by our previous dishwasher. GE over exceeded our expectations!!!! You can hardly hear it when it's working comparing to our old model, and the results are always on top!     Quiet but cheaply made

    As advertised, it's very quiet but is cheaply made. The bottom rack doesn't slide smoothly and there's an odd configuration of the tines. My previous 30 yr washer held more and was far sturdier than this model. I'm disappointed that we pay very high prices for new, cheap appliances!

    Poor design cheap not like our other GE dishwasher

    We are so disappointed with this purchase. After only 2 weeks of use, we need to replace one of the rollers as shown in the image. The lower basket has a horrible design, the front roller kept falling off .. even after research online on proper installation of the roller. To make things worse, we had a hard time find the correct replacement in a timely manner. It just feels cheap all around! Unfortunately, we ordered this appliance on line…. Something I will never do again. Had I gone to the store to "feel" the quality, I would have never purchased it!!!! Be sure to visit a store to see this dishwasher before purchasing.

    The new dishwasher is great. Quiet, well organized, and love the bottle jets. Installation was straight forward. Came with almost everything needed but the instructions also informed you on what else was needed, which I could find at hardware store. Cons, used different fittings from my older GE. Included screws for kick plate are too short, especially if you are adding noise dampening foam. Side mount screws are also too short.

    This unit is energy saving & easy to install. We did this unit from Home Depot. They have multiple cycles including drying utensils. Look wise it's good too. Only, 1 hr cycle runs beyond 60 mins - initially we thought whole cycle will be of 60 mins. But, one hour cycle can last up to 3 hours with many add-on options.
