I purchased this dishwasher about 3 weeks ago. So far, so good! Pros: quiet, all stainless steel tub and fingerprint resistant outer door, plenty is space for large loads with variously sized items. Cons: long cycle times when including sanitary rinse and heated dry options, some remaining food on silverware items on third/top rack if not rinsed before washing. Ultimately, I really like this dishwasher and hope it outlasts its predecessor.

Have been using this dishwasher daily for about 2 months now. It has the best rack layout of any dishwasher I have ever used. You can really load a lot of dishes and pots and pans. In the bottom and middle racks and the top rack for tableware can hold quite a bit as well. It is a very quiet washer and is super easy to program the wash cycle.

I did so much research on dishwashers and decided on this one because of the hard food disposer and 3rd rack. The one thing I found was you need a 90 degree elbow that does not come with the dishwasher. I figured this out after my old one was out and my old one wouldn't work. Make sure you have all the pieces and parts before installation. Or buy the installation kit!! Much less stress.

GETS MY SILVERWARE SUPER CLEAN AND SHINY

I was worried with supply chain problems that I would research and come up with my best choice of a dishwasher but find we had to wait 8 or 12 weeks for delivery. Thus, when a friend got a new one and told me how she liked it, I told Hubby to go buy one right now. It had several advantages that I was looking for anyway (in stock, fingerprint free stainless, heat boost and no protruding handle) so what did we have to lose? We are very excited and pleased with our new GE dishwasher! After using it for almost three months, here are some comments: It has that very top slide out drawer that I didn't know I would like so much. This is where I put my silverware to get it super clean and I don't have to bend over "up-down-up-down" to load silverware. The middle rack raises up and down which is THE BEST when you have cookie sheets or large skillets or casserole dishes to put on the bottom!! The cycles take a really long time: my old one was a 2 hour cycle and I thought that was just ridiculous, but this one is even longer! Turns out, longer wash plus good, hot water equals really clean dishes, so this is not the drawback I expected. Also there is an option for a short cycle if you need it in a pinch. Finally, my one complaint: the upper level (2nd) rack (not the top 3rd rack) has awkward rows and contours and tine spacing. I'm used to putting plastic lids and smaller saucers up there, and they just roll to the side because the center section has a hump. If I have to place those items on the side sections, I now do not have as much room for cups and drinking glasses. It still bugs me, but you get used to loading differently after a while, I guess.

I bought from Lowes, 2 associated said all I would need was the power cord off my old one before discarding. I get home and open the booklet for installation and there is a LIST of things you need. Most important is the cord obviously, but another would be the 90 degree elbow for the water hose. 99% of dishwashers plug into an outlet and use a 3/8 hose, why not just include that so I don't have to go back to the store. Especially when I spend nearly $1,000 on a product. If apply can give me a cord still you can give me a 90 degree 5 dollar elbow and a power cord too.

I really like this dishwasher. The controls are on the door and are touch sensitive to activate. Very easy to program your wash preferences and you have several options. The racks are designed well for just about any type load. One thing I really appreciate is that the bottom rack slides in and out easily and stays on track.

We have washed two full set of dirty and over day old dishes. And great results. The drying seems work better but of course it takes some extra time. Installed by myself and took a while to get all done. The instructions were spot on and very helpful. Can recommend this one based on look feel and first results. I have had this GE Dishwasher for approximately 8-months. Love the dishwasher (Super quiet) washes dishes well. The lower rack design with the wheels, however, was not thought out well. Wheels fall off constantly, get caught in the heat coil and melt. (They are not really secured on the rack) I have replaced them at least 10 times and it is getting expensive. I didn't think I was going to continually buy parts that are not in warranty due to a faulty design. The lower rack needs a redesign/recall and send the customers a replacement.

It's been a few weeks since install and so far so good. No issues or complaints. I do wish the washer came WiFi enabled. We had to purchase a separate module for wifi connectivity.

Great dishwasher. No issues. Cleans great. Looks great. Very quiet, but not as quiet as a more expensive different brand dishwasher that we replace with this one. The more expensive dishwasher did not clean as well as this GE dishwasher. Very satisfied.
