Very quiet! We love this dishwasher! Special order to fit in a snug spot! Easy to keep clean. Not sure about the controls being at the top, yet makes it easier to see and I don't have to bend over to see panel.

Due to new flooring in my house, I was limited to ADA height dishwashers. I read a mix of reviews on this dishwasher and crossed my fingers for the best. I would say the poor reviews are correct. The dishwasher looks nice and isn't too loud. The bad parts are everything else. I understand it's a bit smaller inside due to the height, but the dishes really can only be arranged one way and doesn't accommodate much of our normal day to day dishes for a family of three. After using the dishwasher for a month, the soap dispenser has failed to open about the same amount of times that it has opened. This goes back to arranging dishes - if you try anything but small plates on that side of the dishwasher, it will not open. Who uses 16 small plates?!? Anyway, this dishwasher is not well designed and doesn't really suit our needs, but we're stuck with it.

Who would have guessed that GE will build a dishwasher without a dry cycle?!!! After 122 minutes of wash the dishes are still wet and the dishwasher dripping water. TERRIBLE!!!

This dishwasher is very cheap. The lower rack constantly falls off the rails, the spaces for dishes and cups do not accommodate various sizes well. I can't fit as much as I could in my old ones. Half the time the machine runs and doesn't take all the soap out or the pod.If by mistake you press the delay start button, when you try to clear it, nothing happens and you're stuck with a delayed start.

I've had GE dishwashers in the past and always liked them, this time I got the stainless tub with stainless outside but was disappointed to see 5hat it doesn't have heated dry and the unit runs louder than my last one, also the space allotted for big pots is not adequate.

We bought the dishwasher and it failed after 5 or 6 washes. The technician came and did not have the spare parts and they gave us a new appointment. We have been without the dishwasher for almost 3 weeks now.

We were needing a new dishwasher that would fit in a 32" tall ADA opening and ended up choosing this dishwasher. It looks great and was easy to install in the space. I tried washing a load before filling the rinse aid reservoir and everything was very wet at the end of the cycle. For the next load, I filled it up with rinse aid and was very impressed that everything was dry, as this was a concern I had since this model does not have a heated dry option. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

It doesn't dry very quick. I have to leave my dishes overnight. There also aren't very many options on cleaning and my dishwasher packets don't work with this machine. Does the job in the end but would've chosen a different one

The outside looks nice and clean without branding or overt symbols. The inside, however, is very cheap with the trays not going in and out smoothly. Overall, I don't feel like it lived up to what I paid for.

This 900 dollar unit is a TERRIBLE product. The dishes come out dirty and wet. There is no heating element so the water doesn't get hot enough to Sanitize even though there is a Sanitation feature. The inside is so small have no choice but to run it every data do we only have two people and forget about putting any cookware in it. If you lower the rack to put stemware on the top rack you can't even put a dinner plate in the bottom rack. BOOOOOO I'm sending this back and getting something else.

We have this model in a brand new rental property. The first one was leaking and they could not fix it. They replaced it and now this one gives the 888 error and is not draining. They came to reset it and it is still not working.
The lower rack keeps falling off its track, the utensils' holder keeps moving from its spot, and it does not fit a lot of items. It is a cheaply made horrible product. I can't believe GE makes this low quality. We won't consider buying any GE model for ourselves in the future.

The dishes are clean so really no complains. The bottom rack does not hold my dishes very well, but that could just be my heavy thick dishes. Cannot figure out how the wine glass thing on top rack works, but again, that is my problem not the dishwasher. At the end of the cycle the dishes are clean and that is what it is suppose to do.

This machine was installed by the builder and isn't one I would have chosen myself. Overall cleaning performance is fine, but its thoughtless layout and feature implementation make this something I could not recommend.
The rack layout is such that you can't fit very much in it. We're a family of two and a simple weeknight dinner fills this machine. We usually have a few things that need to be washed by hand because it won't fit.
The silverware basket is right in front of the flip-open detergent dispenser, so if you have any utensils in the slots next to the detergent dispenser, it won't open. A better design would be to have a slide open dispenser.
It's loud compared previous dishwashers I've owned. Sure you can still have a conversation in the kitchen with it on, but you won't ever mistakenly think you forgot to start it.
The programming is awful. Let's look at delay start. The concept is simple, load the dishwasher and set it to start several hours later. While it is that simple in this dishwasher, if you decide to add anything after setting the initial delay (say, a cup you've been using in the evening and want to have washed overnight), you need to hit the start button again. Every. Single. Time. You also need to close the door within 4 seconds of pressing the start button. This is just lazy software engineering. A better solution would be to have the machine just continue the countdown and start at the scheduled time without having to press start again.
Lastly, this machine likes to think it's a musical instrument. Every button press, cycle complete, door open, door close... it beeps or plays a little song. You're an appliance, not an instrument. Cute at first... thankfully this feature can be disabled.
I already ordered another dishwasher from another brand and cannot wait to get rid of this one.

The soap dispenser DOES NOT OPEN during the cycle. We realize it doesn't open after the cycle is finished so we have to try everything over again. We have gone thru nightmares with this problem and GE DOES NOT have the parts to fix it. They are supposed to replace it for another machine as we speak. Now they tell me the replacement is NOT available so they are offering me a different model. NOT GOOD FOR GE.

After a long search for a dishwasher that would fit into our opening as we have wood flooring over tile. We found it. The height had to be max of 32.5in. So far we like the machine. Its quiet and cleans well. The only thing I don't like is the area the silver holder is large and the holder does not fit snug. Its minor, but there you have it.

This was a new dishwasher installed by a builder in a new development. Upon using the dishwasher we realized our dishes weren't clean after a cylce, and upon inspection realized that the soap dispenser unit didn't open during the cycle. It requires a replacement part backordered later this year. Poor product.

When I first got the dishwasher I had some new dishes that I ran on the light cycle. Everything was super wet inside when they were done. For the next run through I washed under the normal cycle with rinse aid and was pleased with how dry they were. I will say that I do not like the space for dishes on the bottom. They don't seem to go in right. Overall, its a good washer. Nothing fancy.

I had this dishwasher installed 6 months ago and really dislike it. Firstly, my dishes and silverware are never clean. Coffee cups are still brown inside. Half of the detergent pod is on the dw floor. There is a film on everything. Also loading the upper shelf is not efficient.
