This appears to be a used product. The interior of the unit was wet, as were the manuals. The bag with the allen wrench for the door handle was ripped open. The top water twirl does not stay attached to the top basket because the "lock" is broken. The top right corner of the door is dented. I had to wait for this unit for a month, after I ordered it online, to be delivered and I received a used product.

So far so good since purchasing it a few weeks ago. Little bit of a challenge for my husband to install, but we got it done. Dishwasher is a lot quieter then our old one, cleans our dishes really well, and its easy to use. Only thing I'm not thrilled about is it seems to take a while for the normal dish wash cycle to complete, over 2 hours. But otherwise no complaints!

I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. IT IS QUIET & SEEMS TO WORK WELL. THE ONLY THINGS I HAVE TO GET USED TO ARE THE GRAY INTERIOR, WHICH SHOULD BE WHITE, EASIER TO SEE ITEMS IN THE WASHER, & I LIKED MY OLD WASHER'S SILVERWARE HOLDER ON THE DOOR BETTER. LIKE I SAID IT SEEMS TO BE VERY EFFICIENT & JUST TAKES A LITTLE GETTING USED TO THE DIFFERENCE.

I've only had this dishwasher about a 10 days, so far its preformed very well, impressed with how quiet it is, can watch tv without even knowing it's working. My one complaint was in the hook up, a critical part was not included with the dishwasher, a garden hose elbow, needed too connect the water line. Had to stop go to the store, it should be included or the people selling them should tell the customer they will need the hose package. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

SO its up to the customer to figure out the best combination of cycles, temps etc to use. As for us its NORMAL 1:20 ... one hour is only good if you dry yourself or then use the dry boost which is another hour plus too hot dishes. If I had known most of these extra options will probably never be used, I would have bought a cheaper dishwasher with less confusion. Not to mention the first delivery had a dent in the middle of the door and we had to go through hassles to pay more for this one to get it in a reasonable time.

When I was looking for a dishwasher, I really wanted one with a stainless steel tub, but I also needed a hard food disposer. Since I didn't want to pay for both, I opted for this model with the disposer. I am very happy that I made this choice. The dishwasher does a great job cleaning the dishes, even if they weren't rinsed. There is plenty of room, which was a concern of mine since I have 6 people in the household. It is pretty quiet and it's easy to see when the load is clean because the light on the outside of the door is clearly visible (white when clean, orange when in progress).

This dishwasher does a great job of cleaning the dishes, but the Dry Boost technology simply doesn't replace a good old fashioned exhaust fan. The interior of the machine and dishes are always wet. Also, even though it is in vogue, I do not care for the dark gray interior. A lighter color would have been much better.

Thankful for a new dishwasher

We waited 6 months to get a new dishwasher as our last was not that old and died. We often had to rewash the dishes as it didn't do a good job getting clean. So far our new dishwasher is great. I was told I must use jet dry - which I just started. Only once so far in the past month was one dish not 100% clean and dishes that had a dip have some water collected on top. But overall dishes are mostly dry. It is super quiet. I was also told to run the hot water in the sink first because it uses so little water that if it's not hot when it starts it won't have hot water. Never knew that and the one time the dish was not clean I probably didn't do the hot water first. Hope this will last long. The loads hold much more. We used to run it every night and now I never can fill it in one day. I am going to start running it not full as was told so energy efficient that would be best. And hard not having all my dishes daily clean.

This was an upgrade to a 5 year old dishwasher that kept breaking down/apart. Very nice looking, controls are easy to read and self-explanatory. We self installed and had some trouble with hose sizes, but were able to find what we needed in the end. Runs very quiet and efficiently. Dries dishes well.
