    Excellent Performance, Value and quiet functioning

    This model with partial stainless Steel interior fitted our space and looks sleek and very quiet and efficient. Installation though took some 2 weeks, was promptly done by the GE deliverer. Our prior GE basic dishwasher lasted 15 years, with drain pump repair last two years, hence this new one. Hope GE maintains the same quality. Noted Cycle lengths are longer, mostly due to heating dry options adding about 20-30 min. I think it is unneeded, one can just leave the door open after wash that should take care of it. Luckily the 1 hour cycle doesn't do dry heat. Nice, efficient dishwasher.

    Our new dishwasher is great with low noise and ample space for dishes, pots, pans, silverware and so forth. I would have given it 5 stars if it dried our cleaned dishes better. I always leave it open for a day to get the dishes fully dry.

    It's a good dishwasher. It has the added feature of bottle washer which will come in handy. I found the controls were very touchy when you open the door to load dishes. A little annoying, but I'm getting used to it. Overall dishes come out super clean.

    I was pleasantly surprised of the performance of this dishwasher. The regular cycles take a bit long (about 2 hours) but it cleans well. The racks also worked better (in terms of arranging and holding the dishes) than the LG I bought about 5 years ago.

    Broken water pump

    I recently built my new home and purchased this item.After a few weeks I saw water leaking from the sealing into my garage . Turned out it's dishwasher's water pump is broken and water is leaking into my garage. The brand new floor/wall under the dishwasher is damaged. Took weeks for someone to come and look at it and more weeks until it will be repaired. Not a happy customer and most likely not buying any GE products again.

    I feel that the cycles are too long. The shortest cycle does not include drying. In this day of trying to save electricity, this seem silly to run your dishwasher 2 or more hours to get it clean and dry. The short cycle does clean it fine.

    Pretty Basic Dishwasher

    I'm coming to this GE dishwasher from a Bosch. From the first day, I knew this unit was a downgrade. The space inside is smaller. The top button features are frustrating with how you need to hold them and restart the system if you open it during a cycle. I also don't really love the design of how you can place dishes in. Both the top and bottom are awkward and difficult to neatly organize my dished. Overall, the system is fine and does an ok job with cleaning but I wouldn't buy another one of these units.

    Has not worked since we moved in new home

    This dishwasher runs and runs, continually. It beeps like crazy! We have to unplug it to get it to stop running. The repair guy was here twice and told us it was working just fine. Told us to just try it again. He also said "I hear things all the time from customers." So, I make this stuff up??? He finally ordered a new UR for it after we insisted. Horrible customer service from this tech.

    It's big enough to wash in one load

    This is very big and wash all the dish in one load. Time and water saver. This have multiple options to choose. Small lid to heavy and if can sense the load and determine the time. Wash dishes very clean. No need ti rinse again as I did in my previous dishwasher. Dish comes out sparkling clean and dries completely. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
