We have been using our dishwasher for about three weeks now, and I haven't had any issues or anything to complain about. I didn't think I would like the third rack as much as I do, but it has been a game changer when it comes to getting the larger serving utensils clean. When we ordered this dishwasher I was looking for black stainless to match my other appliances, but it wasn't an option. So we got the black slate, and it blends in really well with the other appliances without making it stand out.

Dishwasher in black slate looks great in my kitchen. I don't have anyone that uses bottles, but one person in my house drinks thick drinks for medical reasons, and the drinks stick to her coffee mug pretty badly. Bottle jet setting is the only thing that works on those besides soaking/hand washing them. Everything comes out sparkling clean and spotless. If you are a "must.push.all.the.buttons.immediately" person like I am, know that you'll be waiting four hours for the cycle to finish. Your spouse may get frustrated because it's taking too long to see the clean dishes. They may even think you broke the machine. Tell them it's fine, and to take a nap because the dishes will be done in 247 more minutes lol. If you're a "must.open.the.door" person like my spouse, the sanitized light will not light up.

I will have to get used to the internal dryer; I am used to my old dishwasher (16 years old) really got hot to dry the dishes. I wish the store had the Wi_Fi version in stock. I love most everything about this dishwasher. This is the dishwasher I researched and chose for many reasons. However, I made the mistake of trying to order my dishwasher, and the company led me on through back orders for almost a year. I ended up canceling my order, and found this washer in stock elsewhere. While the washer has all the features I want, I'm nervous if it gets too a point where I need a part. It has been on back order so long because of parts and labor. That makes me nervous. That Is why it doesn't get the fifth star. Another issue I had was the instructions called for connecting the water line after sliding it in place. Don't do that. Save yourself a headache and shredded hands by getting a long enough flexible line to connect while it is out on its back. Test the line for leaks before sliding into place. Also, the junction box doesn't fit well because of other pins being on the way. Just be prepared for that oversight. Lastly, one of the great features, the bottle jets, are hard to take advantage of because of the middle rack is up, bottles hit the top rack, and if the middle rack is down, plates hit the water spinner on the bottom of the middle rack. So, be aware of that. You will end up making compromises to use the bottle jets.

The dishwasher works great. My only complaints is that the door seems like it closes on an angle. Not sure if they installed properly or not. Some days the door seems to lean to the left and feels like it hits the cabinet. Other times it closes fine. Only other concern is the push start button. You can't push it too many times or it actually doesn't turn on.

I've had it for about 3 weeks now. So far, I am impressed. It is super quiet. Dryer Boost is working great even in "Normal" mode. The top shelf has all plastic cups and containers dry, so no more wiping after! I love that the hight of the second shelf can be adjusted to accommodate for travel mugs and bottles. The 3rd shelf is kind of a nuisance, but it's removable, so it doesn't matter to me. Overall, great dishwasher.

Love the color of the black slate stainless. Dishwasher is nice a quiet and can still watch tv or have a conversation while it is running. Seems to be doing a great job cleaning the dishes as well. Happy with it so far!

Pretty great dishwasher!

This is an incredible improvement over our old 2006 model from a competing brand, and I love the way it looks! A couple of minor downsides first: the drying feature isn't perfect, the undersides of mugs still have quite a bit of water on them, but that's easy enough to dry quickly with a towel, and everything else is usually perfectly dry after the longest setting (~289 minutes for the total cycle, which is pretty intense.) Further, we have to place bowls two rungs apart rather than one, or else they stay greasy inside. Once we quickly adapted to these minor issues, it's served us excellently. I'd certainly recommend it, but the dry boost is a tad overhyped and you should be mindful to space things out more than the dishwasher nominally calls for. Another issue we had that hopefully isn't common is that our dishwasher was delivered with a part missing, so we had to go two weeks without a dishwasher since the employee from the large hardware store we ordered from destroyed our old dishwasher during its removal. Again - this surely isn't common, and we've been incredibly happy with its performance ever since.

We bought this as an upgrade in our new home. Looks great with the rest of the kitchen and the colors we picked. We both really like the top drawer for flatware and how quiet the unit is while running.
