We have been using our new washing machine for 10 weeks now; we have the sapphire blue color. The capacity of this machine is large! Several beach towels or a bedding set can be washed at once, which allows us to spend less time doing laundry as we're running less loads. There have been times that I've washed a small load (a few women's bathing suits) and it does just fine, even though it's designed to handle large loads. We like that the Smart Dispense function stores laundry detergent and allows us to choose how much detergent the machine uses. I prefer to wash bedding with a different detergent, and it allows for us to "override" the detergent stored in the machine and add something different. We use the Ultra Fresh Vent function at the end of our laundry cycle to prevent the mold/mildew scent that some machines develop. The only downside that I have experienced with this washing machine is that because the capacity is so large, I really have to reach in to get the laundry out. I am only 5' tall so that's not as easy as it is for me as it is for others in our family.

I have owned my dryer for roughly 3 weeks. I love that it sends me a text when it is damp, approx. time left and done. I can also start a tumble to prevent wrinkles from my phone. I recommend the washer they can link together to select the correct dryer setting for the wash.

I was so excited to get my new dryer after reading the great reviews but i'm very disappointed. It takes forever to dry anything - much longer than my previous brand plus sheets and bedding end up tightly twisted. I also find it does't always switch off automatically when fully dry. I liked the look of this one and at that price point should be decent. May need to figure out a way to change it sooner than i should, it's that bad.

The steam setting to eliminate wrinkles really works! It freaked me out at first to see so much actual water through the dryer door, but by the time it was finished, the clothes were perfect and dryer was dry! It is very large capacity. Changeable open direction door is a plus. Being able to turn the inner light off and on whether it is running or if you wanted to leave it open is also neat. Silly to care, but those small things matter to me. The lint catcher is huge! Although this dryer deserves the five stars, two things leave me a touch disappointed. I do wish the volume of the finished tones were louder. Yes, I turned it up as high as it goes, but nearly impossible to hear from basement to main floor. One other thing that irks me is when I dry bulky items like blankets, sheets, comforters, etc. those large things clump up and become a sausage roll. I feel like I need to use dryer balls as a solution. Regular clothing loads and towels move around fine but not larger items. I can manage, of course. I love my blue color option, too!

Very pleased with size and color of this electric front loading dryer. Got the pedestals and as an older person they are just an excellent height. No more bending over. Pleased with the options to dry clothes. Delicates are almost wrinkle free and talk about a heavy king size quilt, this dryer does the job perfectly. Have had this dryer and washer for 30 days and used everyday. Great work horse equipment. A bit loud but I close the door to the laundry room and we no longer hear either piece of equipment. Just have to remember to check how much longer before cycle is done. Love the digital display and super easy touch to pause. Can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the purchase. Highly recommend both washer and dryer.
