Long lasting water filter for the refrigerator. I personally prefer this brand over a universal. The water taste clean and crisp. I will continue to purchase and use this product in the future. Great quality for the price

Excellent product that provides quality water and ice with an exterior ice maker and filtration system . It was very easy to install it as it has quick connect fitting system.love the long life . Excellent product!

The GE GXRTDR was a snap to install. So compact and sturdy, our family loves how the filtration system cleans out impurities. The water tastes so much better now. A little extra step in helping keep my family healthy.

This was the perfect solution for our garage refrigerator that did not have a working built in filtration system. The install was a breeze but make sure you follow the directions. We did have to purchase a new water line as our line was not long enough, but this was no issue as the other line was older anyway. The instructions say we should be able to filer 2,500 gallons of water or change every six months. We have a significant change in the taste of our water and it was the best thing we added to our secondary refrigerator.

I never looked behind our fridge except to clean it so I never noticed if we had a filter on the fridge. News to me - we had the spot for one, but it wasn't there. My husband installed it along with a new line and wouldn't you know it, delicious & cold filtered water was at our beck and call. It was easy to install and the water tastes delicious and refreshing.

Unfortunately I have an LG so this didn't work for my fridge but it did work for my brothers fridge. He said it has been doing great, there's a taste difference in the ice and water which he liked. Cleaner and doesn't taste like chemicals! Approved.

It does exactly what it says it does. It's a great filter. It helps filter out sediment and chemicals making your water cleaner and better tasting. It's also pretty easy to put on. Good quality,inexpensive, and trustworthy. I recommend

My fridge does not have a water filter system. I never would use the water option. My husband had it set up in no time it attached to the existing line. It is important to replace every six months. Just follow instructions step by step for installation. This will help save on me buying water bottles and reduce my plastic bottle use.

The filter works as advertised. It was fairly easy to install by following the instructions. The water in my area has a fairly strong chlorine taste and odor and this takes all of that away. I now enjoy drinking water from my refrigerator. An inexpensive solution to bad tasting water.

The GXRTDR is very simple and easy installation. Have had a noticable reduction in sediment and the taste of chlorine after the install. Nice to have water and ice that is clearer and cleaner tasting.

It's a water-filled. They ate all a pain in my opinion. This one is a little easier to install than most but still a pain. No initial after taste like some filters just fresh out of the box and not horribly priced

We received the GE-GXRTDR Water Filter System the other day. We were able to get it fitted onto the refrigerator and it seems to be doing a good job. Given the chance . We would recommend this product to friends and family.

GXRTDR, Wow this is so good and pretty easy to hook up. Thank you for letting me try. There are time when the water has a funky taste and I don't like that. I'd definitely recommend to family and friends.

GXRTDR filter casing cracked and flooded basement

I've been using these filters for years and been very pleased until about 2 weeks ago. I woke up to hear the sound of water running and when I went to the basement I found it flooded because the filter casing cracked. I've filed a homeowner's insurance claim, but am for certain out the $500 deductible due to a faulty product.
