My old range died and after some investigating on what new one to buy I settled on the GE model because I wanted the coils not the glass top anymore. It works great! Oven heats up fast and loving having the coils again.

Just got oven to replace 26 year old one, heats up fast. Seems to be good quality and hoping it will last at least half as long as old one. Like the new coil technology. Buttons seem a bit odd to touch but probably something to get used to.

The stove is great except for the top piece. The whole range is level but when you place anything on the top it rattles. Where it's a plate, pot pan or even the spoon rest. It's very annoying and I've yet to figure out a solution. The oven is large and a great feature. Timer works perfect with a beep at the one minute to go mark. It's a great stove if the top wouldn't rattle.

I love the elegant look, the addition to traditional coils that makes wok cooking more efficient and the many choices for racks in the oven. The only thing I miss from my previous GE range is the drawer for my pots; they no longer live in such a convenient location. The price was great considering I now have a built in timer, self clean feature, a light in the oven and the ability to preheat. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase

Overall I am happy with this stove except for the following issues: the oven light does not come on automatically when the oven door is opened, you have to press the oven light button to put it on; secondly, one of the large burner coils stopped working when the stove was less then 3 months old.

Our old range died on Thanksgiving day while we were cooking the turkey. Fortunately we had a ham to cover all the hungry mouths but that next day we were out shopping for a new range to replace it. This one is perfect! The temperature is true to the settings as I check it with a separate oven thermometer and it preheats so fast I barely have time to get the food ready to cook! So glad we were able to find an affordable replacement on such short notice! Christmas dinner is in the bag!

We purchased this oven in the middle of October. Due to slow shipping, it arrived three weeks later. The oven is beautiful, and performs well for baked goods as well as cooking. The burners take a little longer to heat up than my old oven, but we're getting used to it. The timer beeps when there's one minute left, and beeps continuously after time runs out.
