    No more burnt food or under cooked food like our 22 year old oven. (Different company). This GE sets the oven temp and it stays there. The size of the oven is large enough to cook everything needed for our large family gatherings. We like the different size burners, too. Haven't used our grill yet, but will soon. We raised our 3 sons on an earlier model with a grill. Used it quite often. This is not our first GE appliance. Have always had excellent reliability from GE. Really looks nice in our kitchen.

    The el tropic panel seems loose. The whole panel pushes in when pushing on a feature. I have had ranges like this before and the panels were attached and had a solid feel. This does not. It feels cheap. Other than that so far I have not had any problems with it.

    Never having used a gas stove before, I find it easy to adjust the flame so as not to scorch and the oven is perfectly calibrated to cook evenly and maintains proper setting temp setting. Would definitely recommend.

    Most important issue, there is a continual problem with the valve. We've already had it replaced once. We still smell gas for 5 to 10 minutes after the oven is turned on. Warranty people are a pain to deal with and get scheduled. I understand COVID issues, but we are in a major city. Further, it is hard to clean. The burner sizes don't work well for us. I like the idea of the griddle but it doesn't cook evenly.

    I've had the stove for 3.5 months and everything is fine, except the oven has just turned off in the middle of cooking a few times. It seems to be when I've had to open the door numerous times to turn/check on what's cooking.     Oven run 50 degrees higher than set point. Procedure in owners manual dose not work to calibrate oven due to control panel being different than one in manual.     I like that the oven light comes on and off when opening and closing the door. The light can also be turned on at the control panel when oven is shut. I am always leaving the oven light on so this feature is nice.

    Love that GAS

    I have been without a gas stove for about 2 1/2yrs and I real never leave gas again. I would have most likely got another model but this one is all the contractors offered. But I still love being back

    Like the gas range

    Nice features. I especially like the griddle in the middle. I have used the griddle for grilled cheese sandwiches and grilled steak. I also like the bottom drawer which some of the new models do not have but also adds to the cost. The clock is nice and bright so that you are able to tell the time.
