    Only one oven works

    Have had this double oven three weeks. Top oven works fine. Bottom oven thinks the door is open so it won't heat up. Authorized service repair says it needs a new oven "computer" so now I'm waiting - with a giant nightlight on 24/7 bc the interior light won't shut off (can't do it manually). Repairman thinks the oven thinks it's in self-clean mode which makes no sense - I've never even been able to bake anything in it yet.

    It's fun having 2 ovens. My previous oven was so small. Now I have 2! And they're each bigger than the old one! They send me a text when they are up to temperature and when the timer is finished. There's a lot i haven't learn about but I will.

    So far I really like this oven. The remote controls are very nice to be able to pre-heat the oven away from the house. It seem like it does take a little longer than my old oven to preheat. I don't know if that's really true or not but is seems like it. Maybe convection takes longer.

    I had a GE oven I got about 10 years ago and had an issue with the buttons so when doing a kitchen re-mod I thought I would replace the buttons, well I found out there was a recall on this issue and parts were n/a any more. I called GE to complain and they were very understanding and made me an offer I could not refuse. having this oven now makes me wish my other one crapped out sooner! I love this thing, the only reason I have to get out of my lazy-boy is to put stuff in it, all operation is done (for me) is through the app,siri or alexa this is great! the only drawback (as per other reviews) is timer is not very loud BUT with other devices that everyone has this is no an issue for me, alexa or siri will let me know when it is time. oven was running about 15 deg.hot But that was easy to adj. now she is right-on.

    My other GE double oven lasted 24 years. They work really well. The installation is what is the problem. A black plate to cover the bottom is still not installed. This is the second one ordered and hopefully this time it will fit.

    Beautiful appliance with lots of features

    This double oven is replacing my GE Profile double oven which I have had for years. I love the fact that the oven capacity is larger even though it fits into the same size opening. The coating on the racks and oven interior will make clean up much easier. I did a LOT of research before choosing this oven and I do not expect to be disappointed in it's quality and durability. I am struggling with the WiFi setup but I have not yet called the help desk.

    We had to replace a 26 year old Double Wall Oven and did a lot of research and read many reviews. We chose the GE Double Wall Oven and do not regret the decision. The oven is easy to use and with the fan and convection cooking it does a wonderful job of holding temp and giving us perfectly cooked food. Our one wish is that the timer signal was louder since it is difficult to hear in a busy household and for older people in their 70's like my wife and I. We highly recommend this product.

    Cooks very evenly

    This model replaced a previous GE wall oven we had for nearly 30 years. Tech sure has changed since then! I very much love how much more evenly it bakes than the old one, and the convection feature is to die for. Bottom oven worked well also. I had a hard time getting the phone app going, but once it was online It wasn't hard to use. Overall it is a very good oven. I am very happy with it.
