    The range looks very nice to look at, but the cook top is really fragile. Scratches easily. I like it but I wish the cook top is more durable. I love to cook but cook top is definitely not durable. Hate that every time I use it, I notice a scratch on top, I don't like to see that. I've only had it for about a month. The oven with no Preheat Air fry feature is great tho.

    I just received my new GE Profile range, and it is beautiful! I just switched from a coil range. So, I am adjusting to how the glass-top range works. The stove top is slightly slower in heating up, but I was expecting that. I haven't used the oven yet, but I am so excited with all of the baking options. I will be trying the air fry on chicken thighs, and baking chicken with the convection roast option.

    We only have had this stove for a month but so far we like it. The only two complaints so far, the storage drawer is not square with stove, dealer ordered new drawer, and the timer is very hard to hear, talked to customer service and was told there is no way to adjust it. You have to be in the kitchen to hear it!!

    Many features are included that cost more on higher end brands. I am enjoying the remote app feature more than I expected. Have not yet tried the air fryer feature. One thing I miss from my 12 year old oven this replaced was a timer that allows adding a minute while in use similar to most microwaves. I could not find this on any oven these days. That is my only negative.

    Great stove. The top glass cooktop doesn't get hot as quickly as I would like, but when it does, it's hot. The glass top part can scratch easily so must be careful when placing items on it. Overall, we like our stove/oven!

    Slow to preheat

    I do like my new range. Still getting used to it. I wasn't sure it was heating to correct temperature so I bought a thermometer and tested it. It does get to and maintain the correct temperature. However it takes about 3 times as long as it should to reach that temperature and when the oven tells me it is preheated and ready it isn't anywhere near it. Example I set it to 350 and when it told me it was at that temperature it was actually 290. I noticed this because first couple times using it, it took much longer than normal for items to bake completely. Other than that quirk, so far I'm very happy with it. Worth the 9 months on back order it took to receive it.

    Range is a convection oven and air fryer too! It replaced our standard GE range of 21 years. Everything about the oven is great except for the timer(s) alert. It's barely audible. I was used to my old range with a loud beep, beep until you shut it off. It's something to get used to.

    Defect from factory

    I do a lot of baking and purchased this oven because of the true convection baking feature. The convection oven fan made a terrible rumbling sound every time it cycled on and off from the moment I got it. I have had the stove a month now and the repair was finally done today. Seems the nut that holds the convection fan in place was installed backward at the factory so the fan was not properly seated and didn't run properly. The noise of it cycling on and off every minute or so was so awful, I've only used the regular bake setting rather than the convection bake setting. A test while the technician was here seemed to eliminate the problem although I have not yet used the convection bake feature to cook with since the repair this morning. I hope I will love this oven. I picked it based on lots of research and was so disappointed when it showed up with the fan not working properly (and incorrectly installed), all for $1,200. According to the technician, the manufacturing quality and quality control is not what it once was. As a side note, I wanted this stove in white and it was only available in stainless steel.

    I'll start by the issue we have with the range with the "power boil", we only have used the stove the past 4 weeks after waiting 6 months for the delivery. The "power boil didn't seem to work from the get-go, two days go my wife was attempting to boil water and it took 40 minutes! right as she was finishing the stove shut off, no power. The 50-amp breaker tripped, I reset it and reset the clock then tried the burner she was using, blew the breaker again! Now we have to wait until May 9th for a GE repair man to come. My wife is afraid to use it so I guess we'll be using a grill until then. Another issue is the glass stove top has weird looking streaks that appear to be under the glass top. We went to where we purchased the stove & a GE Profile refrigerator which we really like. The GE Profile stove top on the store display looked great, not ours. Besides all that it's hard to clean and the beep for the timer is not very loud so we have to use another timer. We will be returning the stove and looking for something else. We went with GE because it said "made in America", very disappointed.

    Sleek cooktop/oven

    The appliance is top notch. Very nice looking in design. The cooktop heats up in seconds and the cooking quality is excellent. I had to get a new pan because I did not want to scratch the cooktop. I am a clean freak and want to keep it looking gorgeous. The oven works great and heats the food thoroughly. The preheat us complete in 10 minutes which is great! Very happy with the GE PROFILE!

    Huge upgrade

    My home was built in the 1950s and had a half sized wall oven and 4 burner electric stove built in to the countertop, this thing blows that away with endless features and attention to details you only really appreciate if you cook often. And I never thought there was any reason to have an app for a range, it helps my elderly hearing impaired mother know the timer is finished when she leaves the room and forgets she's baking cookies. It does take a bit to adjust recipes to accommodate for convection but once you get the hang of it you will save time and have evenly cooked food. I haven't really tried the air fryer yet but I'm sure it's fine.

    Great Convection Stove

    I've been very pleased with my new GE stove. With convection bake I can bake 3 cookie sheets at a time because 3 racks are included with the oven. The variety of the burners is phenomenal. Very good purchase.

    Streamlined, stylish, and heats up fast!

    I never knew what I was missing. Finally replaced outdated range with this new model. The tops heats up fast, or warms food if I have a need. I can boil water quickly on sized right burners for pasta or leftovers. The oven keeps rolls or tortillas warmed just right for our family dinners!

    Love all of the features this range has. The air fryer is awesome for chicken wings and egg rolls. Only thing I don't like about it is the app that connects to the oven. It just doesn't work very well. Not a big deal though, didn't even know it had an app until after we bought it. Overall, great appliance and very happy with it.

    I have bought this electric range for a rental unit. It's been very reliable. I think it runs a little hot (stove top and the oven). I find it a little challenging to clean the stovetop, probably because I'm worried about damaging it and I'm not used to electric ranges. I really like the warming burner on the stovetop.
