Because of space, this was my only choice. I like this oven so far. Microwave is large and oven works well. All in all--it's ok.
Some of the controls are a bit old fashioned and confusing to operate. But I will get used to them over time. Not very intuitive.

Price is not worth of it. Just pretty looking but not friendly to operate. Digital display is shared by both the upper microwave and the lower oven. You could not use at the same time like my 1993 GE Profile. Racks won't easily slide out that you have to pickup the cooking tray straight up. I would prefer two sliding racks versus the one sliding and two fixed racks.

The microwave died before warranty was up and we waited from august 2021 until February 2022 for replacement to be honest I bought a counter microwave in December and have not used the GE

The regular oven takes a full 25 minutes -- I timed it exactly -- to heat up to only 350 degrees. Plus, there are two latches on either side of the microwave oven door, and as you are taking the food out, your sleeves tend to catch on them. I nearly had a terrible accident with this a couple of times when we first got it, until I trained myself to cautiously lift the food out keeping my arms well above the latches. If this oven were not installed I would return it.

We've had this oven for a little over two years now and it works great. My only complaint is that the temperature probe broke on the 4th use or so. When removing from the oven, the plastic handle where you're supposed to detach it from the oven simply pulled off of the plug portion and the wires were loosened/exposed. This was product failure and, when contacted for support, GE wanted $43.20 for replacement. Seems like after spending around 4K on the oven they would have a little more generous policy.

I had a 27" oven / micro combo and replaced it with this GE version. It doesn't hold a normal 20.25 x 14 x 1" sheet pan. It's insane that the inside is so small. I never thought to check - why would they design racks that take up so much space. Do not buy this ove.

Very happy with the microwave & oven combo so far. We used it for hosting Thanksgiving & it worked beautifully. The only complaint is the microwave has a "rattle" when it's in "sensor" mode.

Works great, we do love the oven micro combo but upper oven had rust spots in back of oven upon delivery. Can't clean off even with a commercial rust remover. Contacted customer service and they stated I needed a service call, maybe to document the rust? Awaiting that service visit now, hoping we can get to a resolution?

It looks great and it has good reviews. When using the microwave we hear internal vibrations. Controls could be better. We used an older GE Profile model for 30 years so we are used to old controls.

Purchased PK7800SK6SS oven in June, 2021 it worked for 3 months. Had repair men out two times to fix the "communication error to the lower oven", per their GE representative instructions and it still is not fixed!! Going on my third appointment; hopefully "3rd times a charm"?

Functionally it works, but some features require multiple entries and haven't been able to figure out how to program certain functions that seem like the should aways be the same like turn on for one minute at 80% level instead of being asked everytime set time, set level, start. Rather than do it. Also the message oven cooling is annoying. Who cares when time is finished beep once or twice and stop.

Based on first 30 day use, all is good. Learning features for upper and lower ovens operation has been easy. To be truthful this unit wasn't our 1st choice, but due to product unavailability of "other" brands, we selected GE. As saying goes "proof is in the pudding," so over time (years that is) will tell if we made a good or bad choice.

We used to have an advantium oven as well as a wall oven built in until our advantium quit Dec 31. After a long wait, our GE profile PK7800KSS was installed. I am concerned about the longevity of the microwave in particular. The glass fogs up often when microwaving steamy vegetables. It takes a very long time for this to dissipate. We also have had trouble with the microwave control pad getting "confused" at times and not performing the tasks requested. Tonight the entire left side malfunctioned and would not respond. After turning off circuit breaker and turning back on, it came back on, however this does not inspire confidence, and we are worried that it will quit after no longer in warranty. This appliance is too expensive and too difficult to install to be performing this poorly. I am afraid to use the self clean function for fear of breaking the oven.

I love the look of my wall oven as well as all the features that it offers. The only thing that I don't care for is the microwave door opens downward. My old one opened to the side which made it easier for me to actually get to the back to clean it. I am short, so the reach to get in there to wipe it down has been a challenge. Other than that, I've been very happy.

As I get up in years my hearing isn't what it use to be. I was thrilled to see a beeper volume control. My issue is my grand children could have engineered some more sophisticated than Normal and Mute. I just ordered an old fashion counter top timer. Hopefully that works better.

So far we have used the oven once and the microwave a few times. Love the microwave!
The oven however, has to warm up and so it takes a little time before it starts (haven't read the manual yet on this). Overall, my wife likes it and that's all I'm concerned with.

I received this newer model to replace the other that went kaput after just one year. So far everything is working. I did notice that the glass fogs up while using the microwave but does not seem to affect the microwave process. I am anxious to see how this oven holds up after a year.

I really like the features of this wall oven. The instructions could be better, though. The GE repair guy, who was here for my cooktop told me how to take advantage of this oven better. I would not have gotten this from the user manual.

We recently got this installed in our home to replace an existing KitchenAid unit. So here are some thoughts
- Its nice that GE makes 27" size. Most manufacturers have given up on this size and I didnt want to do a full kitchen remodel to fit a 30" combo
- Unit works well, both microwave and oven heat up and cook uniformly
- Design and looks are subjective but I like its non fussy, clean design
Rooms for improvement
- The display is functional but so circa 90's. For the price GE charges they should put a much better display
- The UI is quite poor, especially for the oft used microwave section. Yes you can do a quick run for 30 seconds pressing 'Start'. But for anything else its a multi button non-intuitive process. I wish they did better there
- Finally, the unit is quite noisy when the microwave is running. There is a vibration that radiates through the unit. If I push and hold the door closed it goes away..release the door and it comes back again. I dont know if it is quite sensitive to install process and the dealer could have done better with the install. We arent happy about the dealer support as well

So far so good. No complaints yet. As far as value, it was very expensive compared to some other units. I'm not convinced yet that the added features were worth the investment. I think the Bosch is a better unit, however it's not offered in a 27" in the USA.

The unit is very pretty, very easy to operate, installation easy as well. I was just expecting the interior to be a bit bigger. I didn't see how the rack system was inside, and that is what steals room from it. After I bought it, I found that some other customers experienced that the glass from the oven shattered, I hope it doesn't happened to me because I went through too much trouble and time finding it. I am not sure if I recommend it or not since I just have a day with it.

I love how much my new oven can do! I got rid of several of my smaller appliances after the new oven was installed. I love the slide out oven rack in the lower oven and that the top part of the oven can be used as a convection oven and microwave! My only reason for not giving it 5-stars is that the oven did not come with the rack installation manual, making it difficult to install the racks. Other than the difficulty of installing the racks, I am ecstatic about this new addition to my kitchen!
