    We purchased this oven after our old one broke and so far we like it. There is a weird glitch where everyday at 10:14am mountain time it reverts back to eastern time. There is no way to update the time zone on the oven so we manually fix it every morning.

    This was the last step in our kitchen remodel, and we saved the best for last. The touch pad is super easy to use. It must be well insulated, since it takes forever to cool down after you turn it off. The only thing that would make this better is if could teleport the food from the fridge to the oven.

    Purchased this oven to replace our failing 10 year old Monogram double oven. We've had it one week and it's DOA. Lights won't turn off, oven won't work because it's telling us doors aren't closed... obviously a bad door switch? GE Service has nobody in our area to service us... We bought a new oven to avoid issues over the holidays... looks like no turkey for our 12 guests coming next week.. Not a happy camper right now. Should have kept our old failing oven instead... Total disappointment and frustration!! Too much technology ready to fail!!!

    I love the simple outer design of these ovens and the extended shelf in the top oven. The alarm stays on until you turn it off which I find a relief as my last oven would stop the alarm after a ding or two and if I wasn't in the same room I'd never know. I haven't used the cleaning setting yet so no news on that.

    New ovens

    We just replaced our old GE profile double ovens with new ones today. Unfortunately the installers threw away the box with our probe and instructions before it could be recovered. So I'm hoping Holllowsys gets us a new probe soon. I cooked two items today and have to say I need to get adjusted to my new ovens. My old GE convection oven was 20 years old and probably new technology at that time. I'm finding the new convection takes longer to cook and doesn't brown baked goods the same way. I'll figure that out. In the meantime I'm happy that I can get back to my gourmet cooking. It was a long wait during COVID and I was getting sick of the grill.

    We haven't used it a lot, but the touch panel works well. Never thought WiFi on an oven or fridge would be something I'd use, but being able to preheat the oven before you get home is fantastic. It does take longer to preheat than I expected, especially with the top oven being convection, but I suspect the outgoing oven was never preheated fully when it claimed to be. Getting alerted by the oven timer over the phone is also pretty nice.

    I guess I need time to get used to these ovens (double, 27", convection?) Profile series, but so far I like my tiny 24" single oven better. It heated faster, and baked at a lower temperature.The baking instructions for the new ovens are lacking. Is there a way to set the timer differently for the two ovens at the same time? It is much too easy to accidentally turn off one oven when setting the second oven. I tried baking two trays of cookies at the same time in this new oven. Cookies came out extremely dry on the outside. Is it the fan that turns even though I select bake?

    This oven is sleek, SO QUIET, and does a great job of cooking evenly. The display is beautiful and impressive, I'm so glad we paid a bit more for it. The cooling fan in our previous GE wall oven was very loud, but the fan in this new oven is so quiet I forget the oven is on! The wifi connectivity is nice-- it lets us know when the oven is preheated or when it's done cooking. We were also able to preheat the oven when we were on our way home, which saved us probably 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

    Accurate temperatures

    This is the first time that I didn't screw up my brownies! They came out perfect and the temperature was just right. I really like to be able to preheat my oven on the way home in the car by using The smart HQ app. I tried it not too far from my house and by the time I got home I could check and see that my oven had turned on and was preheating. It goes perfectly with my new GE Profile refrigerator and microwave.

    We like this better than the Thermidor it replaced. One feature I wish it had would be the ability to lower the warming temperature. Currently, the lowest it goes is 200, but I like to warm plates and bowls on Pasta night and we used 140-150 on the Thermidor, until it broke.

    Clock doesn't work, Installers left a big hole in the wall and then said no trim kit to fix it - even though they did an advance visit and sit it would be fine.     Oven looks very nice. It only has convection in the top oven which my older Monogram oven had convection in both. It only comes with two racks per oven and I had to pay to get one more for each oven. It takes a long time to preheat but then works well. I wish it did not have the slide out rack as this scrapes the wall of the oven even with vegetable oil put on, and takes up room. I would prefer regular racks but you can order them for $38 each. I like the oven, but liked the design of my 2004 GE Monogram double wall oven much better. I purchased this one because my paneled refrigerator had to be replaced with a stainless steel one, and this oven was right next to it and did not match.
