    We had this unit on order through another vendor for over 5 months. Got tired of waiting so I went to Lowes website. Found the same item for the same price. Put it in the cart and it said 1 week for delivery. I was skeptical but it showed up right on time. The only thing that seems odd is you are required to connected to WI-FI for the Air Fryer to function.

    I wanted to love it

    Although I love how sleek this stove is, how it looks against my backsplash and counter...there are a few things that I don't care for. #1. The LCD digital read out of temperatures and settings is SO DIM I can hardly read it. #2, This is the second stove I've had with this type of surface and I think this one is harder to keep clean. Even if I boil over a few drops of pasta water, it is nearly impossible to get off without some type of abrasive cleanser, which makes me nervous to use. #3 I was excited for the air fry feature, which works great! But...I don't like that I have to use the app on my phone to control the oven. But the air fryer is so convenient. You can make french fries in 10 mins!

    This ranged replaced another GE profile range that was 13 years old. It has a lot of the same features. But what we like about it is the fact that it is Wi-Fi and we can control it from anywhere in the house. We love the convection bake and convection roast and we do convection roast with the probe quite a lot. Pork roasts and like come out so tender and juicy. As this is a slide in range do you need to make sure it will fit all our cabinets with a perfect size the only issue we had was the electrical connection. The location of the electric was not in the middle of the wall but towards the side. So when we slid the unit back it wouldn't go all the way back we have a 2 inch gap so plan on that before you order and get it moved if you want a very nice looking slide in range.

    Don't spend the money scrub and clean

    I wanted this oven for quite some time. I researched, or so I thought, over and over. I have been a customer of GE appliance for over 30 years, so when I decided to move it was no question that I would purchase a new profile range ($2000). The new steam cleaning feature a selling point, however, I missed one important feature -- it does not have a self cleaning feature and steam cleaning is nothing more than the 60s manual cleaning with a new name. I am so disappointed and I have researched, Youtube, blogs, GE webpage and called the GE customer service. I wrote a review and received no info back Unless you want to spend your time scrubbing etc. No waste your money.

    For $2000 I expected more. Don't spend the money

    Less than a month and I'm so disappointed with this range. To use some of the features such as airfry, you have to link it to your wifi. Although it has a "power boil" function, it take over 15 minutes to bring water to a simmer... never reached a hard boil. GE repair tried my different pots but was never able to get the water to boil. GE repair reported the range was working correctly per their computer; the stovetop turns it self on and off to prevent it from overheating, so you can't sear steak, boil water, etc... because it never gets hot enough. The probe thermometer is off by several degrees so your food is undercooked unless you use an external thermometer. The oven doesn't have a self cleaning feature. It only has a steam cleaning function that doesn't work AT ALL!, but repair says everything works correctly, per their computer. I had to purchase cleaner and get on my hands and knees to scrub simple grease from the oven. My 20+ year-old Whirlpool range was less maintenance and I could boil water. I had to wait for supply just to order these GE Profile appliances and paid more than other brands. I expected so much more for GE Profile. GE said they would not replace my less than month-old range with a new one. Unfortunaley, I purchase 3 GE Profile appliances for my kitchen and spent so much more than other brands, due to GE Profile and GE reviews and reputation. I'm sooo very disappointed with GE Profile!

    First, this is a gorgeous stove. Love the look. Imagine my dismay, however, when I learned that it is NOT SELF CLEANING! I am in my 70s and climbing in an oven is not my idea of fun. It does have low temp steam clean feature, but I have doubts and reservations. I wish I had known up front. When I saw lock and clean controls I believed it would lock and clean! Not everything is new and improved. It may become an expensive storage cupboard if the steam clean is inadequate.

    Replaced a 16plus year old profile stove, with this slide in. Went from knobs to touch screen which I like but does take some time to get used to.     So far so good. Love the front controls,thought the the touch controls might be difficult for my husband to adapt to but he is having no problems with it. Air fry feature is great ,one less counter top appliance.The other features are like the one on my 18 year old range, which is still going strong and gone to our second home.The black stove top is a little challenging to keep un smudged (was used to my white top)but the lack of knobs is a nice trade off.

    I have had this oven for a couple weeks now and I love it!! I searched and researched electric ovens for months. I love the ability to pick the size of the burner I want to use. The oven preheats quickly and cooks evenly. I really like that I can "lock" the buttons when not in use so my kids can't accidentally turn it on or myself if I'm cleaning it. The only thing I do not like about this oven is the burners are still quite hot after the indicator light turns off so you need to he careful.

    Hasn't worked right since the day it was installed. At first the screen didn't work, and I had to trip the breaker to turn it off. A part was replaced, and now the screen works, but nothing else does.

    Only have this a few weeks and really like this range. Recommend getting into the habit of locking controls when not in use. Too often, I will accidentally turn on a burner or turn up the heat level. Taking some time to get used to the way that it heats up pots and pans (this is faster than my old stove.) Having a full oven for air frying is a great feature. Just got back some countertop space. In the process of remodeling my kitchen and this will provide a clean line for the backsplash.

    so far I think it is good. Air fryer works well, burners much better than my last GE glass top profile the glass control panel makes me crazy because it gets so dirty and finger printed and needs to be cleaned a lot

    Great oven

    So far, we have been very happy with this range. The oven maintains the desired temperature well, and the burners are very responsive. The control panel is very sensitive, so I keep them locked when not using it.

    Love this Range!

    We have had this range now for a few days and it does not disappoint! The best part is not having to clean around control knobs; and the 30 minute steam cleaning. When you want to wipe things down; lock the controls and off you go. It tells you that your controls are locked! Have not tried the air fryer mode yet; but baking and broiling is a snap. The quick boil elements are true to form!

    Our new range works great for cooktop cooking and baking. The settings are straightforward to implement and work precisely. Using the probe for convection baking yields excellent results. The connection to WiFi and phone (for alerts thus far) is a welcome additional feature.

    Definitely NOT Fingerprint Resistant

    Just had my new range delivered and it was full of fingerprints from the delivery men that would come off with soap and water. Then tried Windex and that didn't work either. This is no better than what I originally had

    So far it is doing ok. Takes forever to preheat. Also the temperature setting is off from what our oven thermometer reads. Probably would not recommend GE Profile products.

    I absolutely love this range. Not only does it have great features, it is vey stylish looking. It was an easy install, fit beautifully. I am so happy. I had a GE drop range before, but there is no comparison. This range is outstanding in every way.

    I am generally pleased with the range. The stove top controls are very easy to use, although they do get slopped up regularly and are hard to get streak free. The oven has functioned well with all settings that I have tried. On the downside, I find that the stove top appears to be very fragile and gets marked even when placing smooth pans on the surface. It is much more delicate than my old one. The "no preheat air fry" is essentially marketing hype. You will get a notice that the air fryer is pre-heated and it is ice cold. I just add a few more minutes to compensate. It also recommends that you only leave the number of racks in the oven that you are actually using. This meant I had to find storage for the others as I generally only use one rack. You still get fingerprints, so the no fingerprints is also marketing hype. All that being said, it has so far functioned well and has proven to be very intuitive to use.

    I love the digital knots makes it a lot clean and easier to adjust the one burner you can set it to three different sizers and sync up two burners for a grill is great I love steam cleaning the oven have not tried the air fryer yet

    So far its great. Have not tried all of the many features yet. The black top shows everything. But muck easier to clean than Gas ranges. Controls and burner selection is awesome. The power boil burner is real fast. Heats evenly. Over preheats fast. Will update as we use it more.
