    Great Smart Features

    I love my new oven. It is easy to use. I get a message on my phone when my oven timer goes off, allowing me more flexibility while I cook or bake. The only features that have been problematic and the reason I did not give 5 stars is that the Precision Cooking for my steak did not work correctly and led to dry, overcooked meat with a strange texture. Also, it tells you the weather for the day and week which is really convenient but the daily weather appears to get stuck sometimes and lose accuracy.

    I recently purchased the wall oven, the oven has many features that are excellent. I really have enjoyed the convection oven mainly. I have used the air fryer some and it seems to work perfectly. There are many more features that I have yet to use, but I feel sure that the appliance will run those features perfectly. My only suggestion would be to allow personal pictures to be uploaded to the display. Great Product.

    After 1 week of use we are very pleased with our new oven system. Cleaning the unit prior to use was simple and easy to follow. Looking forward to The Turkey roast this weekend. The air fryer is a big hit! Fried mixed veggie perfectly and half the time. Then fried sweet potatoes, took 40 minutes and were perfect. Only knock, racks not sliding smoothly maybe bc brand new even after lubricant added.

    For what this oven cost, I was expecting it to be feature perfect. But i t has some issues - probably software related. 1. There is no convection button. You have to start out in the convection bake mode. You can't simply turn the convection on/off as needed - you have to cancel what you are doing and begin all over again. 2. It took me 3 days to find the cook time feature. That's because it is displayed in a color nearly identical to the background color. It's practically invisible. And once you find the timer and activate it, it appears in a tiny display sort of truncated against other items. 3. I am still trying to find the delay start timer.

    Wonderful oven

    This 30 in electric wall oven replaces a beloved oven that we had for over 20 years. This oven is so wonderful I am just in awe of all the features. I know a lot has happened in 20 years but still... It's incredible. It's quiet. So quiet I don't even know that it is on! It's absolutely cool to the touch on the outside. I cook a lot. 5-6 nights/ week. I've only had it a month, but it has had sometimes daily use as my daughter is always baking cookies. The baking and broiling functions perform evenly. Racks are sooo smooth. Love the extension rack! The controls took a bit to get used to because truly there aren't any controls. It's all at the touch of your finger. Amazing! The look of the oven is very nice. It's dark gray as opposed to black and doesn't match my black refrigerator too well. I may have to get the matching frigerator!!! Love that the timer continues to ring until you turn it off. Also love the one minute warning before the end of time. We waited a month to get this model. It was worth it! I have started it when I'm out so it's preheated when I get home. I also love the Alexa voice control so I can start to preheat it from my office. Installation and delivery were a breeze.

    I am VERY happy with this GE oven, so far. My last oven was a GE double oven which I LOVED for 18+years with NO problems whatsoever. This oven is a replacement for a new Whirlpool oven in my new home that has been repaired twice in three years. The Whirlpool never would hold the temperature. I love to bake and I'm so glad I'm back with GE!

    I am very satisfied with this product. I do wish the timer was visible from afar. You need to approach the oven to see the time left. You should be able to see it from a distance in the kitchen.

    Easy install. Not best price for small oven but some features are nice. If you are short-changed on your order, it was my experience to not rely on GE to help resolve issues. Terrible customer support policy! My new Samsung fridge and dishwasher experience was awesome. Never GE again.

    Doesn't work

    It took a month to get it in the first place. After hooking it up, it doesn't work. Will take 3 days for GE repair service to come. The extension rack is very heavy, cumbersome and hard to get into the oven.

    It doesn't work. Needs a new control board. Had it since 10/9 and not been able to bake one single thing. Still waiting... and waiting....and waiting. Lots of apologies but no action. Very poor service. I have a $3000 piece of junk.
