    I really like how easy it is to use this oven. So far it has been pretty great using the air fry most of the time. If I am worried about anything, it would be the possibility of the screen not working.

    I want to give this oven a good review. The features I am able to use work great. However, I am unable to use the air fryer feature and the precision cooking features without being connected to the internet. Really??? I live in an area with poor internet so i am unable to use 2 of the features I paid for. Sad that GE programs appliances this way. Absolutely no reason to need the internet for air frying!!

    It has been nice to have the oven connected, I know when the timer goes off, the preheat is done, even when I am in another room. I also started the preheat on my way home when I was running late from shopping. The clean cycle worked excellent, some baked french toast spiller over, the clean cycle made the oven look like new again.

    I use the convection oven a lot. It is very quiet. The control panel is easy to use. It only has two racks. I wish it had one more. Nice so far. I have had and used GE ovens for over 30 years and just love them.

    Easy to use with plenty of cooking options. I am a fan of home automation and the use of apps to connect and control everything, and this oven offers that. Also, using the temperature probe is very easy and gives very accurate readings. I love this oven! Btw, I have it stacked under my GE microwave!

    Great oven, terrible software.

    The oven does a great job cooking, but the software is terrible. The best thing to do is turn off anything related to internet connectivity, weather and updates. We bought this new in October - an update in December caused the oven to reboot (black screen - check for updates) daily, even while in use. Weeks after opening a support case, another update fixed that issue. But something as simple as weather updates fail - the weather will stay stuck on a single temperature for days. Luckily all this can be turned off, but it is disappointing when a feature doesn't work. Recommendation to GE - if you are not going to commit to 99% uptime and cloud connectivity for 20 years - don't sell the feature.

    This over pairs nicely with the Advantium Wall Oven. I love having two ovens and appreciate that I can turn on this oven from my phone via the SmartHQ App. I haven't had the oven very long but love the features and it works great.

    Interior door glass cracked during normal use.

    This unit's interior door glass cracked during normal cooking. Outside glass remained intact. It was a year out of warranty and company would not cover. I called my Home Warranty company. They would not cover it either citing manufacturer's defect.

    After reading reviews on everything I could get my hands on, I purchased this GE Profile. I absolutely love it. The features are great. I can preheat my oven through my phone on my way from work. I love that not only does the screen show the time but it also tells me the outside temperature. I love that it is touch screen and the slide out rack is fantastic!

    We recently replaced our old malfunctioning oven with this GE profile wall oven and it's incredibly quiet and packed with new features such as air fryer, wifi, and true convection to keep temperature stable while baking/roasting. It looks nice with a modern touch. I highly recommend it if within your budget. I hope it will last as long as my old oven.
