    Wish I had known

    Disappointed. Purchased at recommendation from Best Buy associate, they did not have this model to view. Was delivered and installed with two pull out racks that seemed to have two layers each. It took up so much vertical space, and not conducive to adjusting. Lucky if I can fit a turkey in it, for sure won't be able to cook veggies casserole in lower rack as I did in my old oven. Then tonight wanted to try making air fryer hot wings. You can't use this feature unless you have a smart phone. Call me old school but If I'm at work, how does the chicken wings get into the oven from the fridge so I can start the cooking process while I am at work. Or if in traffic and held up I have to pull over to log onto the app to postpone the cooking process?? Really. Sometimes bells and whistles are ridiculous. I dont want that app on my phone and feel I spent a ton of extra money for features I now will never use. Very disappointed, sorry GE. I do like my gas stove top.

    They lie! Don't do it! It's the worst purchase Ive ever made and it was almost 10 times the cost of a normal oven! The camera doesnt work, the "smart" functions dont work and dont expect anyone to do anything about it. The service matches the appliance. A massive fail. How can you not even stand behind a product for more than 1 year. How horrible is this that it only gets a one year warranty? And I still went out and bought it. I bought in to the gimmick! Thats all it is. It doesnt do most of what they claim it does and when they acknowledge it doesnt and its proven by several technicians they dont actually stand by the warranty. They just keep sending out more technicians. Save your time and your money and spend it on a product worth it. This GE Cafe is HORRIBLE

    My wife is a baker, at least on weekends, special events, birthdays, but especially for the staff at her hospital. She is a case manager for a children's psychiatric and bakes constantly for the staff who are often stressed trying to help kids learning to cope in life. As a result, she bakes cupcakes, cookies and things like lemmon bars to show love to the workers. He precious wall oven was several years old and a convection model, but she frequently complained that cakes were not level or bakes evenly even when convection baking. She reminded me I bought a new smoker, and that she deserved a new oven. Well, she was right so I went to work solving this problem. When I first saw this oven I was skeptical it could deliver in all the features but quickly discovers I was wrong. Her first baking project was a two layer carrot cake. She carefully made this, from scratch of course, and then baked it. The results almost made her cry. Beautifully done and flat across the top with No need to shave off the hump! While traveling this week my phone alerted me she was using the oven via the Wi-Fi connection, so I turned on the oven camera to see cupcakes gettting golden brown. That was followed in a couple days with shamrock cookies for St Patties Day. Together we have air fried chicken wings and even broccoli to perfection. I'll be trying the dehydrator soon on some venison. Well done GE Appliances! Well done!

    GE already had a solid reputation, so when it was time to replace our wall oven we decided to splurge on one with a lot of features we'd be likely to use. So far, I couldn't be happier with it! The design is beautiful, the touchscreen controls are well organized and easy to navigate, and the results have been perfect. It heats evenly, with less margin for error. (I particularly love the precision baking guide, which solves the shuffling during multi-rack baking projects.) At first we joked about the in-oven camera feature being over the top, but the truth is that it's pretty awesome. No bubbling disasters yet, but I won't be sad when it's time to try out the steam cleaning function. Since we'll hopefully be in our home for many years to come, we have no regrets about spending the extra money to enjoy all the high-end features of this oven.

    I replaced my old 30" Profile oven, purchased back in the 1990's. A question I had posted here about a month ago regarding size and fit in the old cabinet was answered incorrectly. This new oven is the same depth as the old one. I was quoted the overall depth of the new one and not the cutout depth. It fits perfectly and looks great. It's heavier than the old one and is 0.9 cu ft larger inside. It retains its heat longer than the old one after turning it off, suggesting better insulation in its walls. Everything is working well WiFi wise except for the camera. After selecting the camera, the oven light turns on for 10 seconds, then goes out, and eventually the app times out with an error, "Oops. The live stream cold not be started. Please try again. If issue persists, Please contact us." Maybe once every ten tries or so it seems to actually get to a video stream screen on my iPhone but no video is present. I rebooted the oven, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc. All oven software updates were applied as well. Finally I called GE and after being given several different phone numbers I eventfully spoke wit a tech called Josh who was excellent, a definite notch above most techs. We tried a few more things, that I had already tried, and he eventually found a reference in his database that said this was a known reported error, on GE's end, and he took more info from me to escalate it up the chain. There is no resolution date set. Good to know it's not my oven, but frustrating to know that it's not been resolved at GE's end. All other oven functions work fine, including WiFi remote functions.

    Stopped working after 2 months

    We bought this oven as an upgrade to our previous GE wall oven. Worked great for 2 months. We did the self-clean mode and the next day the oven will no longer heat. we've reset the fuse but it didn't help the issue. I have set up a repair service (first available is 12 days away). I will update my review following that service

    So far, I'm very happy with my new GE Oven (PTS9000SNSS). I've only had it 2 weeks and had opportunity to bake cookies in it and also try out the Air Fryer feature. Excellent results. The use of the large touch screen is easy, intuitive and looks good too. I LOVE the fact that I can operate the oven remotely, using my phone as well as view the food remotely using the in-oven camera.

    Great Convection Oven!

    We reviewed and purchased this model convection overn as part of our new home build options. We have been using this oven for two months now, cooking during unpacking. It is very easy to clean and always looks great. We are consistently impressed and believe you will be too!

    One week and already failed!

    Installation on Tuesday and in less than a week we had to call for service due to an electronic display failure fault code that continues to startup and restart. Dead in the water! No cooking this week. Technicians determined it was a main board failure and had to order a replacement. I hadn't even paid the credit card bill! Replacement board will take 5-7 days. Sad!! I expected more from GE! This isn't a base model with stripped down features! Hope my second impression is better than the first

    Very Hot Air Fry

    We know that "air fry" is simply a marketing term for convection baking. It's hot air pushed around by a fan, which is a feature we'd already had in an oven. The PTS9000's air fry feature is a convection oven on steroids--it gets really, really hot and can crisp food very quickly. It's definitely a step up from the standard convection feature; it's super hot.

    Love the oven, hate the app

    Love this oven, so many features including a camera, but what good is the camera if the app is next to impossible to use? I have tried to download it, but when it came to actually connecting it to the oven it was a complete failure. There has to be a better way. The reviews on the app are a whooping 2 stars. GE, please fix this!

    This is a very modern concept however there always seem to be an issue with my GE appliances. The electronic dashboard cant seem to to keep the right time. I have tried all troubleshooting recommendations however the time clock will not stay accurate. I have researched a few reviews and this is a common problem with this stove. It is a small problem however for the price, I should not have a problem with the "clock".

    Glide racks wonderful
