Just received this appliance and have been playing with the different features and use of the Smart HQ app. My washer and dryer are located in the basement, so the app is useful in alerting me when the load/dryer has completed its cycle. No longer clothes sitting wet in the washer/dryer. I am getting used to the water level since this is a high efficiency model but so far, the clothes are clean and even put in an item that had chocolate stain and it removed it.

I simply HATE this washer..for being a smart washer,it does not know how to put enough water in the tub to Really get the clothes clean.Give me back my OLD washer where I can Adjust the water.and put enough water in the tub to get the clothes CLEAN..and the agitator is so darn slow.. to really get the clothes clean.Knowing what I know now I would have NEVER bought this washer.

The washer is large and has many cycles and features. The glass lid allows the user to see what is going on in the washer. I was surprised to discover that the washer is a little noisy - a type of grinding noise as the agitator moves.

We are having to use the deep fill option more than I'd like. We have 2 dogs. Our sofa is covered with a flannel sheet and a plain cotton sheet. The sheets are changed every 2 days. The flannel sheet gets put in the washer first. It has come out in f the washer with hair and muddy footprints - just like when I put it in. And the sheet is dry in those places that are still soiled. I shake out everything before washing. Always have. I have found if I don't use deep fill the problem persists. We don't have muddy footprints everyday but you can tell the sheets aren't clean. Im not happy. It makes me worry what else is still dirty but just isn't visible.

I am still learning how to use this washer so it does not get off balance so often. It spins so strong that it is frequently off balance, often to wear I have to adjust it. close are really clean, it smells great compared to my old front loader.

I absolutely hate this washer either the clothes are half dry or I they are soaking wet and I have to put it on the spin and drain cycle two times it's super loud and bangs the sides of the walls. I spent all of my money on this and then some and I just want to cry it's such a piece of trash.
