    Hi level is too noise

    When I receive product, it have the gap in front of the hood.The protect of the hood is not even.The guy who install the hood for my say it have the gap but it is still work so you can call for company to get the discount. I already installed it for using even it is not good for condition of the hood.

    Poor Airflow & Noisy

    Initially had issues with this unit vibrating horribly while running higher speed than low. Diagnosed to find out the vent to outside was done incorrectly. With this fixed, we still notice the fan is noisier than the ratings on the site, and also the vent doesn't really pull in air from the cooktop except what is directly under the left side of the hood (where the actual fan is located). Overall, this is a disappointing fan and I'm looking forward to the point where I can replace it with something that actually works.

    Very nice looking vent hood but not very reliable

    Range vent hood broke down the first day. Not very responsive warranty service team. It took a week to send someone to check the problem. We are still waiting for the part to fix it. Very dissapionted with the product.

    Not happy with this hood at all. It has one fan on the left side only which means you never get to use the right burners on your cooktop? If you use the right burners, nothing gets pulled into the hood. In fact, it strangely blows fumes, smells right in to the room. Not worth the money - don't buy.

    We purchased 3 of these. All damaged in shipment from different vendors. Damage all in the same place. None left in the market so just kept it and we'll be looking at the dents whenever we use it. Good features and fair price poor logistical execution from the manufacturer.

    We had the range installed when we moved into our new home in Nov 2020 and three months later it stops working. No lights, no air suction period nothing. It will take close to a month to have GE come out and look at it and who knows how long to replace it.

    We had this hood installed in our new home and immediately had a loud rattling noise when turning the speed form medium to high! The installing company was quick to replace it with a new cone in working condition. WE have no complaints since. We like the low profile look. (not noticeable)

    My hood is allowing undesirable odors to come in from outside, I've contacted GE service to check the damper. Dampers are supposed to prevent undesirable air backflow. The first and replacement hoods all arrived damaged, not do to shipping but do to poor quality.

    Cool Bluetooth Feature

    We picked this hood to match our new GE Profile range. The first unit was defective. The second replacement unit has been nice enough. The fan is relatively quiet and two level lights are a nice feature. I love how once you bluetooth pair it with the range, the lights automatically turn on when you turn on the stove top. But the build quality is a little wanting and the appearance a little too utilitarian.

    I purchased this range hood to go with 3 other appliances I got from GE. 4 different items were shipped and each of them were significantly damaged. It didn't appear it had to do with shipping and was in areas that seemed to be related to manufacturing. Always in the same areas at a seam. I finally just gave up and kept the 4th one which luckily had damage in an area that isn't seen as much due to the way my kitchen is set up. Really disappointed with how GE products have been made lately.

    We just got and installed our hood a day ago, to replace our old hood that had served us for 24 years. Overall, it's put together well and looks very attractive in the space. The design location of the fan could be better, however. It's positioned solidly on the left side of the unit, so the draw on the right side is limited. We'll see how this plays out as we use the hood going forward.

    Function is great, but my husband has smacked his head on the corner too many times already. maybe rounded corners would have been better? It just sticks out so far from the cabinets he hasn't gotten used to it enough yet. I don't remember our last one having quite as far out from the wall profile.

    Each of the four appliances we purchased came with flaws scratchiest and dents. The company felt that was acceptable for brand new purchases. This is not the way we think business should be done. Yes they work but the cosmetics is disgraceful. Would not buy another GE Profile appliance
