I bought this dryer a year ago and if it is possible to hate an appliance, then this is the one. It hardly holds a half-full load of wash. Everything comes out wrinkled, if it is dry. Now, I can't get two pillow cases to dry for the life of me, when there is nothing else with them. It keeps shutting off after 5 minutes. The water tank is empty. I cleaned the condenser (which it needed) and I empty the lint trap after every drying. I followed the manual instruction and nothing seems to be working right. We even checked the fuses (according to manual) and they are good. Don't know what to do next.

My IQ-Touch dryer is working really well It's compact but can do a big loadVentless design saving lots the space of the vent hose in my tiny laundry which I don't want it stack up both washer and dryer

My IQ Touch has really made washing clothes much easier. Unlike set-time dryers, the IQ touch has technology that can sense moisture and adjusts the dry time accordingly. This product really does everything from the touch of a button. The size is also perfect for fitting in a confined space. I needed to move my laundry space upstairs from the basement in order to increase equity in my house and make cleaning laundry much easier, and the IQ Touch really helped me achieve all of this. My only complaint is that the stacking kit didn't come in a color that matches stainless steel.

Extremely quiet. No vent needed meaning less maintenance. Easy way of cleaning the filter. Clothes seem to be less wrinkled. I love the amount of cycles available. Definitely would recommend to buy. Also very pleased to find the front loading stainless steel appliance in such a compact dimensions.

I™™ve always been a fan of the Electrolux/Frigidaire appliance brand and this product just further enforces that. These stackable front loaders replaced an old unit that came with my new place. These units fit perfectly in the small space allotted for our washer and dryer without sacrificing capacity.

Hesitated to get a nonvented dryer since I have a vent and room for a full size. But it seemed wasteful to have a giant setup for just one person. So I got these stackables. Remember to take the bolts out of the washer (and spacers) and the foam inserts out of both, and they both, washer and dryer, work great. Love the retro Pebble-style LDC screen, the lack of stupid tune at the end of the cycle, and that they work well on the automatic settings. The dryer does blow warm air out from the front that isn't a super big deal but you have to leave the closet open while it is running. Note if you stack them that warm air will be blowing at your face if you go to mess around with the dryer after it has ramped up, but I personally have no occasion to do that. Set it and forget it. Sometimes it does take a second cycle to dry if using auto sense but if that annoys you then there is a timed dry option, and several heat settings. I also just added a couple of lavender scented wool dryer balls to help with drying. Dryer sheets are discouraged and the balls with a few drops of soaked in essential lavender oil work great. The drum, like with the washer, rotates in both directions to avoid spinning things into a useless wet ball. Also has a nice LED light and auto shut off. Very high quality and I also had an initial issue that was entirely my fault and electrolux dispatched very fast and wonderful, professional and uniformed customer service to my home. SUPER.

This condensing dryer takes way too long to dry cloths, especially large heavy loads. It also puts moisture and heat into the area near where it is installed and must be well ventilated. We ended up taking it out and replacing it with a more conventional electric vented dryer!

I have this dryer a little over a month and I am pleased so far. It drys well, but what I like most of all there is no need to have a dryer exhaust vent installed. The only issue, which applies to all condenser dryers, is that it does produce quite a bit of heat in the surrounding area. The noise level is acceptable. It looks great.

I bought this via Pirch and am not happy with it. The units are tiny and the pipes do not have extensions so I cannot move it to another wall and switch the doors so they don't bang into each other. Customer service has not been helpful either.

We are thrilled with the performance of this unit overall. Definitely cannot overload it, but otherwise it does everything we need. Love the compact size. Fair warning: the ventless design pours heat and humidity into the house, so it might not be for everyone.
