We have had this dryer for 3.5 years. After the first year, we began having issues with loud dryer and not properly drying. I™™ve had it serviced 4 times for same reason. It works well for a few months after service then starts again. So frustrating since warranty is up and now I have to pay for the service. I expected a much better product from Electrolux.

We™™ve been using this for two months now and we love it. Our clothes are gently dried, not over dried, but always dry. The wrinkle reducing factors and the perfect steam are a wonderful way to reduce our ironing load as well, and I love that it™™s so big. Finally, the Electrolux warrantee for the first year was so good that we saved quite a bit of money by not having to purchase a warranty through the store where we purchased it.. So glad we have this dryer!

A GREAT DRYER

This replaced a previous Electrolux dryer. The door latch system has been re-engineered so that you PULL the door open rather than PUSH it. to unlock it. That was a bone of contention on my previous dryer. I love the new Anti-Static option. It really reduces the static and clingy lint. The "My Favorite" option no longer exists which was a nice feature. The process of deleting or adding the cycle end signal is a bit confusing. I had to fuss with that feature quite a bit to get it working properly. A change: the cycle will signal more than once at the end which helps you to remember to empty the load. I have found that a small amount of lint and fur manages to get through to the back side of the lint filter with this design. This means you must be more fastidious in cleaning the lint channel. The redesigned lint filter has a central divider now which makes it a bit more awkward to clean out. The buttons are now LED. The drum is huge which means I can easily dry large comforters in it with ease. This does an excellent job of drying different fabrics with care.

I™™ve been using my Electrolux washer and dryer for about a month now. I absolutely LOVE the 15 wash cycle. It takes a little longer to dry thank 15 minutes even though there™™s a 15 minute cycle for the dryer but these a fantastic appliances.

These are the best washer and dryer I have ever purchased. I had high expectations because I had a Bosch for 13 years. However, the prices of the Bosch have increased so much that I started looking for something very similar but within my budget. My sister recommended Electrolux because she had a set for almost 7 years now and love them. I could not be happier. They feel very sturdy and o an amazing job, I k=just love them. They have met my high expectations. The price could not be better either.

The dryer seems to work quite well. But the water valve for the "perfect steam" stuck in the open position, flooding the dryer and laundry room. The valve was replaced under warranty this morning. Everything appears to work correctly now. But I will be a bit leery of the "perfect steam" for a while.

I bought this dryer because my old one was almost 20 years old and didn't want to have to buy a new one in a panic. I like this dryer, however the auto dry setting take WAY too long compared to my old dryer. I've learned to just use the timed dry and select the time myself. Aside from that, it's a great appliance!

Got the washer about 1 month ago. It does a very good job on washing all types of clothing. The way that it pre-mixes the detergent pods before adding to the laundry must help in that regard. Becuse we have soft water, we only use one pod with each large load. One thing I™™ve noticed is that water leaks past the soap dispenser. It has been looked at to make sure there isn™™t some type of manufacturing defect. However, it may be possible that the pod being mixed with hot water, may cause excessive sudsing and also that it ™creates™ excessive dampness in and around the dispenser as well. The amount of water that leaks is only about 3 tablespoons worth at the very most, but it™™s something I never experienced with any of the Whirlpool washers.

We have had this unit roughly for a year. And after having to repair the matching washer, we have now had to repair the dryer for the same issue twice (still awaiting second repair, dryer has been broken for a week and half now...). While the dryer functions fine when operating, we have twice now had issues where the vane/baffle has come "unglued" from the drum and has wreaked all sorts of havoc on the items in the dryer. After thinking we had the problem fixed the first time (also a two week wait to repair), we find that the same problem has resurfaced. We are trying to determine if this is a known issue or if our dryer is defective...

I have yet to get good drying though. The drum is warped and allowing outside air in. It takes a long time to dry and the steam is liqifying rather than mourturizing the clothes. It has been ordered by the service person.

I bought this washer and dryer 3 months ago and haven't regretted it one bit. I love all of the special feature options like delayed start and extended tumble. These make it so much easier for me to do laundry on days when I am not home for very much of the day. Before I leave for work, I dump my load in the washer, delay the start and it is ready to change to the dryer right when I get home in the evening. They do a great job at cleaning and drying as well. I have never had the frustration of emptying the dryer only to find damp laundry in there--even when I have washed my king-sized comforter! I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!

I was skeptical of a front loader washer/dryer pair-I was told it would not get my husband™™s work clothes clean enough. I was pleasently surprised at how they came out cleaner than I™™ve ever had them. Love the timer delay feature. Set it at night and it is done the hour before I wake up so I don™™t have to leave them on while I am gone at work. Only downside is the front load washer does collect some water in the seal area that I wipe out each load.
