    Just assumed the drum would have a light. NO DRUM LIGHT. The lint basket has to be opened by pushing a tab. I have MILD arthritis in my fingers and find this very challenging.

    Was having belt trouble with my 5 year old Maroon Samsung and there was having difficulties finding service. When the drum went on my matching washer I started looking for replacements. This brand was recommended by my local appliance store and was also on sale. I have been pleased with it so far and very happy this brand has the availability of service if needed and a nice service plan. The only thing I wish that it had a light that came on when you opened the door. Would recommend

    I love everything about my new jumbo capacity dryer. Ease to use programing. Excellent drying with less wrinkles...Can load pillows and blankets with extreme ease. Will buy a electrolux washer when its time.

    The worst experience of my life.

    I was approved for dryer on 7/21/22 -dryer DELIVERED on 12/21/22 & it was BROKEN!!! 3 x tried to fix it - BROKEN-Sears is ready-building it. Cost me 237 for conversion kit, drying 2-3 loads a day @ 2.25 per load. Have paraplegic son NEED DRYER-you should have picked another one from warehouse and installed but NO, you wanted to torture me.

    We just bought this dryer and it™€™s been nothing but disappointing. We are drying loads three times. The lint screen is clean, vent hose clear, tried numerous settings, smaller loads but it still can™€™t dry things the first time.

    I was DISAPPOINTED to realize that my brand new, purchased from Best Buy, just delivered Gas Dryer did not work. The third party delivery/installer did not turn the dryer on and run it before they left. The heat never came on!?
