    Unfortunately, we received our new washer, and after the first load, there was water all over my brand new wood floor. Washer arrived with the water valve missing a rubber gasket so now I have been without a washer for two weeks. Hoping it will be a good washer after it is fixed.

    My washer works very well. The only problem I have is that the plastic part where you put the detergent is very hard to take out and even harder to get back in. You have to take it out bc it holds water, which starts to mildew after a while. I hate to take it out to clean it bc it is terribly hard to get back in. Other than that the washer is great.

    The washer is great, has all the features you would expect, and cleans the clothes very well. The reversible door is excellent. It was very easy to switch, and all I needed was a square headed screwdriver. This feature is very helpful for homes that are not set up for the standard ™€œwasher on left dryer on right™€. It was the primary feature that drove our buy decision.

    This replaced a 2010 Bosch front loader and I™€™m delighted with the purchase! Even though the new energy efficient unit™€™s wash cycles aren™€™t as long, and the rinse water combines used and fresh instead of all fresh water, my clothes were noticeably cleaner and the lesser washing time wasn™€™t a negative factor in the cleaning nor the combined water in the rinsing. The high spin made a significant difference in water elimination and it certainly is more quiet than my older unit. Mine is a basic unit, no steam or other high end options, and I™€™m thoroughly content with my purchase, as our needs are also basic. I have already let the rest of the family know how pleased we are with the product and would give it an unqualified 10.

    I bought my machine 8 years ago. I have horrible experience with my electrolux washer. It puts so little water, my clothes come out half dry after wash. Called repairs sent me 2 guys who said this machine does not put more water than this and I should wash omly 2 towels in this huge washer. Store did not return it, electrolux customer service did not even listen. I had to put the hose and add water every wash and rinse. I paid 800 and could not throw it out to buy new one. Now it's rubber turned black even though I used to dry and air after wash. I am looking for new one. Dont buy.

    I bought my first Electrolux almost 8 years ago. I love it. I had to replace the washer this year because I didn™€™t notice a small leak in the back and it corroded in the back. The repair guy couldn™€™t guarantee that he could fix everything so we replaced with the current version of the same thing. It ended up being cheaper this way. I love the features and size. Washing my queen size comforters was a big requirement. Delivery was good aside from the contracted company who came in to take the old washer. They were a mess.

    We had to replace our LG washer which was less than 3 years old due to mold and mildew issues. We never had a front loading washing machine before. After reading several reviews on Electrolux washers, we decided to purchase one. It seems to clean our clothes better than anything we had before and it is still quiet even the the spin rate is over 1000 rpm! We are very happy with the washer and plan to buy a matching dryer in the future if and when our existing dryer fails.

    The washer is as advertised, it has ample features which seem to cover a wide array of situations and my clothes are clean when the cycle is complete. A couple of glitches, however™€¦the dispenser tray does not dispense bleach or softener. The company we bought them from has ordered a new drawer but it has not yet been delivered or installed. Also, had an error come up on the digital display. When we followed Electrolux instructions on how to clear the message, it did not work. Required the tech to come to the house and clear the message and ™€œfree™€ my clothes from the locked washer™€¦5 days! I give it 3 stars as it does clean my clothes, but I would not say it is a great experience yet.

    I love the power on/off button! And I love the ease and clarity of choosing the various options available on this unit. It does a great job and wiping out the seals is easier on this than I've known in the past PLUS that little door mechanism to keep the door from closing to be sure everything is dried out. A very well thought out washer.

    This is the first time I am using this brand, it is taking some time to get use to the different cycles completely different then my last washer, spins clothes great cuts down on the dryer time. Don™€™t like the tray soap, fabric softener and bleach, very cheap design doesn™€™t drain all water when cycle finishes so you are diluting your softener and bleach, if you don™€™t drain it and the end I would think it would create stagnated water and mold in that area.

    Have never had an Electrolux washing machine before, but due to good reviews decided to replace my Maytag. The wash quality is a significant step up, especially with our whites. Also helpful is the washing time, which is shorter and true to the estimates given at the start of the cycle, which is nice for planning.

    I bought this washer a few weeks ago with the matching dryer and I absolutely love it. The settings and directions are full proof and make washing so much easier. My clothes come out steam free and smelling amazing which is a plus when you have three very messy children.

    I've only had my new washer and dryer for 2 weeks, but I am already in love with them. I appreciate all of the different options one has for washing and dryer, and the functions for wrinkle-easing, sanitizing, and removing allergens. I especially appreciate the 15 minute wash for small loads. The interior is very spacious and both machines are very quiet. I also appreciate the fact that you can drop Tide pods in the detergent dispenser.

    I love how this washer gets my clothes cleaner than ever before with less detergent and water. My only struggle has been trying to figure out exactly how much detergent to use because I use Kirkland powder and there isn't a guideline for that. I only need about 1-2 tablespoons for a normal load!

    I bought this washer which was delivered to me in July, on August 19, the tub cracked and caused water damage to my 2 neighbors above my Apt (5k)$, I I had to call my insurance, missed 3 days of work, we exchanged the washer, it leaks and does not retain water... I do not recommend buying this brand
